It was a good guess for the syn values.  When I inputted the details online it came out at 5.5 syns.  They'll be the only syns today as I've now used all my syns for the week so need to be syn free tomorrow and Wednesday!

Weighed myself today and have gained 8lbs since lockdown! Add that to the weight I gained in the months before and I am just about back to where i started in Jan 2019! 😱😱

I thought the same thing too bubbs.  I thought there would be loads to read!

Penny - as bubbs said all your  hard work down the pan.  Is it just life getting in the way or something else?  Is it anything we can help with?  Would it help to post daily with your menu plans?

That fry up looks really yummy bubbs. It still amazes me what you can eat on SW.😁
I did a big pot of brown rice yesterday. That's 4 equivalents of microwave pouches in the freezer. I find it so much easier with this (and pilau) than cooking one portion at a time.

Today's EE plan - 
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs, ham (P), HEB toast, HEA milk 
L- cold lamb (P), fried vegetables, pickles (S), 1 potato (F)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), carrots, mushroom, tomato, green stuff (S) 
Syns - probably a very few in the lamb

I know, would be no good for me sparrow food , i can honestly say if it wasnt so much food on SW i still wouldn't be at target

The weather has definitely taken a turn for the worse!  It's wet and horrible out there so definitely won't be going out today!  I've got an order from Ama*on coming today so need to be in anyway.  I got round to ordering an ice cream maker at the weekend so when I go shopping I'll need to get some yoghurt so that I can try it out!

It's going to be a Green day again today:

B - beans on toast (1 slice); marmite on toast (1 slice) - HEB1; F; 2
L - boiled egg & cheese salad - HEA2; P; S
D - vegetable biryani - F; S; HEB2

HEA1 - milk in drinks
HEA2 - cheese
HEB1 - bread
HEB2 - 5 Walnut halves

Syns - 1 tsp butter 2

Hope you get it Denise i ordered mine last Mon said it was delivered Friday and it has not been if i don't get it today got to contact amazon again, i contacted them Sat. I ordered an expensive one too, typical if it's bloody lost 😥😥
