They all look good!  Just had my cheese salad roll, definitely nothing compared with your hotdog!  What rolls do you use?  I use M&S round rolls as they are the only ones I seem to be able to get locally that are 60g.

Thanks for the reminder bubbs. I'm definitely making some mini quiches today when the oven's on.

We're having lamb today. I've been fancying it since Easter but, at the time, all the available joints were huge. It'll be more fatty (so more synful) than our usual meat but it'll be a real treat.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
    L- veggie omelette (P,S) with pickles (S)
D- roast lamb (P), SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, swede, red cabbage, green cabbage, kale, cauli and broccoli (S)
Syns- weekend wine  gravy 4?

Being wiped out is a constant, don’t know if it’s menopause, CFS or just the fact of not doing much. His nibs isn’t in as he has both parents at home in fact all our vulnerable children are at home, we just have NHS worker children in. Don’t know how long it will last though.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning all.  Weather doesn't look too bad again this morning as it's quite bright and virtually no wind, although I suspect it'll be much windier down on the seafront like it was yesterday when we went out for our walk.

    Today's plan:

B - baked oats; skinny syrup; frozen mixed fruit; Greek yoghurt - HEB; S; P;F
    L - leek & potato soup - S; F
D - lamb tagine; herby couscous - P; F; there will be a few Syns but need to check recipe to work them out but suspect about 5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge oats
    Syns - 5?

    Denise
