No I didn't. Didn't bother when I saw the queue! will probably just order one online from Amazon or something. I think they are sending the magazine to anyone who has gone for the option of letting their consultant know their weight loss, even if it's everyone couple of months like me just to keep access. Think the only ones they're not sending to are those who have decided to not bother at all or have frozen their accounts until RL groups reopen.
I got my magazine today. There's a couple of recipes I'll try but other than that not much in it. I certainly wouldn't bother if I had to pay for it, LOL!
Managed to get the few bits I needed today, including a couple of bags of porridge oats as I'd run right out. Also needed some pickled beetroot as only got a couple left in my current jar.

Went to Aldi later today as we had a walk first. Arrived at 4.40 p.m. and no queue at all.
The stock was much better today. I got the salad potatoes, mange tout and bananas from the Super 6 but 'normal' packs of grapes and asparagus were better value. All I'm short of is cauliflower (just a few manky specimens left) and cabbage but DD1 will try to get me some tomorrow when she does her own shop. She likes to get me something as it gives her the chance to drop by with it and chat for a few minutes (from a safe distance of course).
I only have SP days by accident and that's rarely. I often have SP meals though, like today's lunch but it's not deliberate. I do try not to have too many potatoes and often make a few carrot chips to up the Speed when I'm making SW chips.. It's easier with rice and pasta as I measure the portions . Yesterday, I used the last of the brown rice from the freezer. I'll batch cook some more over the weekend. I found it so much easier to make a large pot and then portion it up.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porage, HEA1 milk
L- veggie omelette (P,S), ham (P), beetroot (S)
D- SW Bolognese (P,S) with spaghetti (F) and HEA2 Parmesan

Another on plan day done here, feels good
. Had the other part of the Waitrose meal deal for dinner, the Green Thai Veg Curry. OH commented on how tasty it was, I worked it out to be 9.5 syns per portion
! We had it over courgetti, so at least no more syns and plenty of speed
. For lunch was HM crustless quiche with salad and potato salad, dressing for that was ff greek yogurt mixed with some LTL mayo and added chives from garden and wild garlic leaves from dogwalk. I have my HEb left for tonight, probably 2 hifi bars. As we’re back to eating salads, the fresh stuff in the fridge disappears so fast! We really cannot last a whole week before going shopping again. But quite like going in the evening, no Q at all at Sainsb the other day, but lots of empty spaces in the veg section, so went to Waitrose after. There was a very civilised Q of about 8 in front of me, they had eggs, hallelujah, and also peppers which I could not get at S. Plus the Asian meal deal which fell into my trolley

Glorious here too. It's really helped with the lockdown so far. Imagine if we'd been in through all that rain in February.
Hoping for a walk later. Although we have a garden and plenty of room indoors for the two of us it does help to space out the day.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), ham, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HRA milk
L- veg and lentil soup (P,S), sardines (P) and beetroot (S)
D- fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), tenderstem broccoli, mange tout, tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
Syns- HP sauce 1, Weekend Wine!!
I'm not 100% sure about my lunch but I have plenty in if I change my mind.

I made some red onion chutney a couple of days ago, only got 3 jars out of kg of red onions but used bigger jars than I usually do as couldn't find my smaller jars! DH found them later hiding behind the bag of sweet potatoes!
We'll probably go out for a walk after lunch again today. We had a walk along the beach into the main seaside bit where all the amusements are but of course they're all closed! and then walked back again. Couldn't believe the number of families just sitting on the beach. It's like they don't realise they are supposed to be out for exercise not sunbathing!

Denise, is this onion relish supposed to be thick like when you buy? or does it set a bit as it cools?Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:1
