I too have had the munchies - I blame the fresh air. Painted 1/2 the shed, not massive but it got too warm wearing overalls - will finish it at some point. I can ignore tesco vanilla ice cream but gianni's from aldi,2

Have seen that Lidl have ice cream makers for £17.99 next week! If I get the chance might pop down again and get one. Bubbs frozen yoghurt always looks so good!

Evening all. Thanks for starting the new thread maman and thanks for the love Tete. First couple of shifts down and it's not been too bad. Slow stream of patients coming in and we're all pitching in with the cleaning when things are quiet so can be safe in the knowledge that we're doing all we can to stop things spreading. Long may it continue!
Have realised that I just need to lose a pound a week and I'll be at target well before my trip to Prague; just need to make sure I don't put anymore on!
B - Bran flakes, skimmed milk, clementines
L - Carrot and cucumber sticks, baby plum tomatoes, reduced fat hummus (2 syns)
D - Paella (peppers, paella rice, chicken, prawns, smoked paprika, chicken stock), mixed leaves
S - Cadbury's dark milk (12 syns)
Fairly repetitive breakfast and lunches around here as it's just easier to meal plan when I only have to buy one set of things. Although later on in the week I may have to resort to mug shots for lunch when the fresh stuff has been used up.

A litre, so not very big but I think big enough, certainly for me and DH! No kids to worry about, LOL! If kids to worry about think I'd want something bigger.

Hi Maman .Just came across this thread , Is it ok if i join in please , Ive been doing Slimming World for years ( Dont go to group anymore though ) but ive bumped weight on the last couple of months , and its time to get back on the waggon . , Made a breakfast muffins . but i dont make small individual ones , i do a big one in a quiche dish , and cut it as i want it for brekkie , It freezes too , . and i made some fruit cakes , these have been my life saver as i get the munchies in the evenings, I usually put blueberries or raspberries in the small cakes, but had run out , I had a frozen bag of summer fruits so put those in , Strawberries were a bit big , but they melted down as they cooked, They are a healthy extra5

Welcome Moll. Everyone is welcome on this thread who is doing SW. Good luck losing the weight you have put back on.
Your little cakes which you say are HEB also have Syns in them for the cooked fruit. I'm assuming they're made with oats which will be your HEB. You can have cooked fruit as HEB but in much larger quantities than you have used!
Today's plan (which has changed from what we were originally going to have as we went to butchers and DH spotted some really meaty jumbo pork strips!):
B - sweet potato, onion & pea omelette - P; S; F
L - burger & onions, gherkins, tomato, lettuce in WM roll ; bubble & squeak cake- HEB; P; S; 0.5
D - BBQ pork strips, butterbean & chorizo stew (chorizo, butterbeans & tomatoes) - P; S; 3.5
HEA - milk
HEB - 60g WM roll
Syns - burger 0.5; 25g chorizo 3.5
