Morning all, weather's looking a bit better this morning, at least it isn't raining!  According to the forecast we're unlikely to have rain today so have put a machine load on and will hang it out shortly.

    bubbs
are you pleased to be going back to work tomorrow?  Hope it goes well.  At least it's just one day this week so you'll have the weekend to recover before next week's onslaught!  Are you able to work from home or do you actually have to go into work?  Hopefully you can work from home.

ruby you're doing exactly the right thing - just drawing the line and starting again today.  Just take it one day at a time.

It was WI for me this morning and pleased to say I'm down 1.5lb from 2 weeks ago (I didn't weigh last week as had eaten breakfast before I remembered it was Thursday!).  I'm now into bottom half of target range!  Another 2lb to go to reach bottom end.

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats
    L - scotch egg; salad - P; S; F
    D - lamb tagine; couscous - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge oats
Syns - Kenco Latte with Baileys (flavour) 3.5; not sure what else yet

Have been picking at fruit quite a bit this week so no doubt I'll be eating more today.  The strawberries are really good now with lots of flavour!

Well done on your loss denise. 👏👏👏
You've done really well in lockdown. 😁

I was talking to my bank earlier and they said they were asking everyone how they were managing financially with lockdown. Fortunately all is well. As I said to him as we can't eat out or travel then there's not much else to spend money on. ☹️

That's very mysterious bubbs. Are you planning to become a lady of leisure? 🤣

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA1 milk
    L- LO chicken casserole (F, S, P) with pickled cabbage (S)
    D - SW Bolognese (P, S) with tagliatelle (F) and HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns - 0

Well I've supposedly been changed over to the new website!  I did it on my phone but when I tried to log on on my laptop it said my link had already been used!  Well of course it had I changed it on my phone.  Have emailed SW so need to wait to find out how to get onto the site on my laptop.  Don't like using my phone as it's much fiddlier than the laptop but it's handy sometimes.

No definitely can't work from home then bubbs!  Are you planning on changing your job or as Maman said becoming a lady of leisure?

Thanks Maman.  I've been sticking to plan sort of for most of lockdown although I've had odd days where things have gone spectacularly wrong! but as usual pulled it back Monday to Wednesday.

Well done on the loss joedenise. And jealous of those getting a haircut. I go to a salon so it’ll be queuing round the block when it opens.
No run yesterday. Food was ok - pasta for lunch and dinner though  :open_mouth:
B - two weetabix (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA)
L - leftover chicken pasta from night before, beetroot, lettuce, tomatoes

D - spaghetti bolognaise, Parmesan (HEA)
    Snacks - satsuma, banana, apple
    Syns - 1 chocolate hobnob (4.5)  ;)
    Did 5k run this morning.
B - 2 weetabix (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA)
L - lean ham, pineapple cottage cheese (0.5), lettuce, beetroot, tomatoes (S)
D - SW sweet chilli chicken thighs, basmati rice
    Have a good evening all

Coxy i go to a salon too, she actually owns the salon but it's just her,  but she rang me, said she needs to drum up business as she has a mortgage to pay, Her husband is a tattoo artist with his own shop too, can't see him going back on 4th July, but tbf not heard anything about Tattoo artist's but perhaps i wasn't listening as doesn't affect me

Very sensible bubbs.  Your health is definitely more important, without that you've got nothing.

Coxy I've not heard from my hairdresser and not really expecting to anytime soon.  I have a lady comes to the house so don't think that will be allowed yet.

Have managed to get onto the new website and have to say I'm not that impressed to be honest.  Think the old one was easier to navigate.

Absolutely agree bubbs.  It's even less user friendly than the old site!
