I used to use couscous but like bubbs says it's almost impossible to mix in the dried herbs properly.

Yes, it reads like you make a sort of gooey paste and squash it on! The KFC with Smash is so delicious I think I'll just swallow the syns..... literally! 🤣🤣🤣
I bought sliced beetroot bubbs. They do a brand called IIRC Robshaws which is lovely and only 65p for a large jar. They do Heinz too at £1 a large jar (Incidentally made in the same place) but not sure if that's slices or baby beets. It's worth a try. 😋

    D. Sw chips, kfc chicken beans and sweetcorn (im not synning the chicken mix as i did make it go further than the recipe said and had no speed as i just didnt feel like it went with the meal and had a lot earlier in the day)
Other hexa is milk in tea.
Syns 2 for sugar in my tea,i did have the smallest bit of chocolate earlier...like a crumb it was tiny so il count 2 and thats being generous honestly it was the size of a fingernail!

Morning everyone.  Glad everyone is enjoying the Fakeaway KFC, no matter what version of coating you use.  I still haven't got round to getting the instant mash so mine's usually my HEB bread!

Going to see my friend today, haven't seen her since the end of February so really looking forward to it, although I wish the temperature was a bit warmer for sitting in the garden!  We're only going up for a couple of hours but it will be so nice to see her.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F
    L - duck breast salad wrap - P; S; 9! (couldn't get WW wraps when I went shopping, although if I get a chance I'll have a look today!)
    D - Normandy pork, mash potato, green veg - P; S; F; 4 (half fat creme fraische & cider)

    HEA - milk
HEB - wrap (if I can get WW one!)
    Syns - wrap (if I can't get WW) 9; creme fraische 2.5; cider 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Denise
