Evening all
Been back at work today so not had chance to post anyway it started good.......
B. Strawberries banana and nat yoghurt (0.5)
L. Pasta n sauce (3) carrot sticks
D. 5% mince meatballs,pasta, cheese (hexa) and sauce from a jar (2.5)
I have had 6 sugars in my tea (6 i think) then a bag of bacon crisps and a mini chocolate....but in my defence i feel awful i think i have too much speed the past few days and its irritated my ibs (sorry tmi) so i had some sugar to cheer myself up...still before i started that would have been a lot worse and the fact oh was trying to convince me to have a kfc im counting it all as a victory!
I have ordered some instant mash with my shopping tomorrow to try the kfc chicken that will be fridays tea!
I havent had my hexb or other hexa today but i think if i had it now it would just be for the sake of having it so prob best if i don't in the long run!
As i am at work again tomorrow this is my plan so far....
B.some form of fruit...prob an apple and a nearly black banana with yogurt (0.5)
L. Pasta n sauce again (3) and carrot sticks
D. Pitta pizzas using hexa and hexb woth sw chips and salad
Other syns maybe a gin or 2 or maybe just be good and try and get out of syn debt! Shopping all ordered didnt need much but got loads of fruit ready for the week i have frozen veg already for the dinners (my favourite part of the weather turning!)
Take care everyone and stay safe x2 -
I still haven't got the new app or website. I know my consultant said the newbies were starting off straightaway with the new ones and older members would get their's over time. I've no idea how they're deciding what order to change us over to the new website, perhaps by joining date or maybe just alphabetically or something!
I forgot it was Thursday this morning so had my breakfast before weighing so I'm going to ignore the fact it's WI day today and will weigh tomorrow morning - before I have my breakfast!!!! I usually have a couple of cups of tea before going to group to weigh so I've been doing the same at home so that's what I'll do tomorrow. Really annoyed with myself for that as I've had a week completely on plan this week - the whole 7 days have been under 15 syns - unheard of for me!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - HEB; P; S; F
L - Sweet chilli noodles - F; S
D - chicken & veg skewers; jacket potato; salad - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge oats
Syns - probably a couple of G&Ts

Morning all
Denise if you go on the app to look up syns, mine then diverted me, you then get an email to confirm it's you, then it talks you through the steps, have you tried looking anything up on the app?

bubbs I don't actually use the app I only use the website when I look up syns. My phone is so old it's really useful! Can't get on my tablet at the moment as DH is using it because his iPad has had to be returned for repair after it fell off the sofa a couple of weeks ago!
Just cooked the sweet chilli sauce - it's not quite as sweet as a bought sauce but it tastes fine! Also cooked and cooled the noodles so all I have to do just before lunch is chop up the veggies and stir through the noodles before adding the sauce and stirring that through too. Ages since I'd done this and always enjoy it. Just boiling some eggs to bung in the fridge. Not sure whether I'm going to use them for lunch tomorrow or whether to make scotch eggs with them, although I'll need to buy sausages or pork mince when I go shopping if I decide on scotch eggs.

Perhaps that's why Denise ?
Well weather's changed so have my meals, had a job with veg cause wasn't going shopping! Luckily i had some carrots, the bit of cauli was left from yesterday's rice, the beans were what i put in the freezer the other Sunday when it turned too hot for roast!

Hi,
Forgot to do overnight oats again(!) so food today:
B - 2 weetabix (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA)
L - cottage cheese (0.5), ham, lettuce, tomato, beetroot (S)
D - SW carbonara, Parmesan (HEA)
Snacks - Apple, satsuma, banana, 2 choc oatie biscuits
I didn’t run this morning, the weather is cold and dull and my anxiety has been really bad today, hence the biscuits. I nibbled them very slowly.....
Must try harder

I wouldn't worry too much about the choc oat biscuits - choc hobnobs are 4.5 syns each so if that's all the syns you've had you're well within syns for today.
Chicken & veg skewers were lovely. Had them with a jacket and salad. Originally DH was going to cook them on the BBQ but it started raining so ended up doing them under the grill. But no matter, they were still good.

I've just got myself onto the new website. I think next time you try to use the old one, it'll redirect you denise. I have that on my desktop and the app on my phone. I'll try later with my phone. I haven't had time to look at the new site properly yet but it wasn't obvious to me where you check for syn values?? To be honest, that's the main thing I use it for.
The first thing that came up on the new site was using leftovers!!This week, so far, all my lunches have been leftovers but not tomorrow.
I did my freezer inventory today. It was fairly accurate but I've tidied it up anyway. I'll do my meal plan and shopping list later for tomorrow. We had a walk (just over 7 000 steps). We did think of going to Waitrose while we were out (I like their baked beans) but CBA to queue. I've got 2 shopping lists on the go at the moment. One is for Aldi and the other is for odd bits I'm running low on (like certain spices) that I'll need to go elsewhere for.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), fried egg (P), mushrooms, tomato (S), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- ham (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), pickled cabbage, shallots (S)
D- SW Bolognese (P,S) with tagliatelle (F) and HEA2 Parmesan
Syns- HP sauce 1
