    Morning everyone,
Didn’t manage to get on yesterday. Did a 3k run and food was:
B - 2 weetabix (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA), banana
L - tuna salad, 1/2 tsp of low mayo (had to scrape the jar) so also added some balsamic vinegar to make it edible!, lettuce, tomatoes, beetroot (S)

D - Mexican mince (5% beef mince F, onion, passata S, sweetcorn) with half a pouch Mexican rice (1)
    snacks - crabstick, Apple, satsuma, 3 x Bourbon biscuits  :o (9?)

    Today I’ve done a 4.5k run.
    Food is:
B - 2 x weetabix (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA) - annoyed that I forgot to do overnight oats
L - pineapple cottage cheese (0.5), large speed salad
D - Aldi slimwell curry ;)  basmati rice
Snacks will be Apple, satsuma, blueberries

Good news about the loss Emz
    Have a good day all

Sorry Coxy the biscuits are slightly worse than you thought at 3.5 syns each so 10.5 syns for them but still within Syns.

Think the curry is 1.5 syns - I'm sure Maman will be along shortly to put it right as it's not listed on the website (probably following a "row" between Aldi and SW a while back as they were using the word Syn on the packaging! which of course is a registered trademark!).

Hope you enjoy the curry coxy. Yes, it does come out at 1.5 syns on the syn calculator. That's for the whole pack.

I like balsamic vinegar best on a salad and, if you do, it's probably worth spending a bit on a good one orange. I buy mine from a favourite Italian restaurant as I've enjoyed it there on their bruschetta so much. A dollop of cottage cheese works well too if you don't want to buy a low fat mayo or any of the low fat dressings. I suppose you could make dressings from yogurt too. I've only made dips but they're very similar.

I portioned up the chilli this morning so that's another ready meal in the freezer. I really should tidy up my inventory as I think it's gone a bit haywire. You're right that my LO lunches are different although they might seem similar denise. Today I had proper bubble & squeak made with mash. Today's pickle was pickled cabbage as I usually keep 2/3 jars on the go and mix & match them.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge with HEA milk
    L- ham (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), pickled cabbage (S)
D- baked cod (P), SW chips, mushy peas (F), tomatoes, mushrooms, tenderstem broccoli (S)
    Syns- None!!

I sometimes make oil free salad dressings using this website:  https://www.plantbasedcooking.com/oil-free-salad-dressing-formula/.  You might find something you like on there.
