I'm with you on the tasteless burger buns maman, but the M&S WM rolls aren't bad. Definitely have a bit more flavour than McDs buns, although like you not had one for years and didn't like them when I did!

Morning all, hope you're all well. I've managed 2 days 100% on plan for a change! Finished yesterday on 11.5 Syns.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F
L - cheese on toast, salad leaves from garden, tomatoes - HEA/HEB; P; S; F
D - corned beef hash - S; F; 4
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - corned beef 4; 2 or 3 rum & ginger beer 5 or 7.5
As long as I stick to this it will be another on plan day. I'm trying to stick to plan properly this week after the big gain for no reason last week! Would like to lose that this week to get me back where I was.

Well done TIE, that's a reasonable loss - that would also be a good loss for me even when I was getting to target.
Forgot to say earlier I ended up having to use a packet mix for my cheese sauce as I thought I had some frozen cauliflower in the freezer and I didn't! So it was a couple of extra syns to that planned but still within syns! Have added frozen cauliflower to my shopping list for next week so will try eventually, LOL!
I'm having a go at sewing face masks in case we're actually allowed to go to France in September as they are compulsory when visiting shops. The only shopping we do is supermarkets and markets but suspect we'll give the markets a miss as they get extremely busy!

It's far too hot to do much here (even in Wales!!!) so I'm not sure I'll be getting many steps in today unless I go out very late. Even the dog is struggling so we're having a very lazy day.
Breakfast: Skyr, strawberries, apricot, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: Bottom of the fridge veg, ham & lentil soup. Satsuma (I would have preferred a salad but the ham and veg really did need eating and the freezer is full).
Dinner: Left over speed + chickpea curry & cauliflower rice.
HEXA - milk for small latte and tea
HEXB - undecided. Probably some almonds.
Syns: Wine :-)

Well done on your loss tie.
Seeing you synning jam for your porridge orange, you might want to try skinny syrup when the non-essential shops open again. It's syn free and the best value is in TK Maxx. I have caramel flavour but there are lots of choices. It's a bit thinner than normal syrup but it tastes good.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk
L- lentil and veg soup (S,P)
D- Aldi chicken curry with extra veg (S), HM pilau rice and SW chips (F)
Syns- curry 1, weekend wine

Hi all,
Managed a run this morning (5k) but did have to walk a few steps in the middle. There's a hill at 4.5k and it's so hard to push myself at that stage of the run! Did run up it this morning but thought my legs were going to give way lol.
Food has been:
B - poached egg, 2 rashers lean grilled bacon, mushrooms/tomatoes
L - cba'd to think about lunch until 2.30pm so had an Aldi pouch Mexican rice (2) and HEA of cheese
D - BBQ tonight. There are the same Aldi burgers we had last week, plus chicken this week. I will have mine with salad and griddled courgettes, plus 2nd HEA of halloumi.
Snacks have been just an apple. Think it's the heat that's making me not fancy much food.
Quiz last night was good fun. 11 friends joined me on Zoom and I made £55 for my fundraiser - walking John O'Groats to Lands End for MH charities with my sister. Was meant to be starting on 14 June but due to Covid we have had to postpone to next summer. The fundraising continues however
maman - please can you share which Aldi curry it is, thank you.
TIE - well done on your weightloss this week.
Have a good evening all,
Coxy

It's the Aldi Slimwell frozen Chicken Tikka Masala. It comes out at under 2 syns for the pack. It would feed 1 person generously but I stretch it by adding extra veg plus rice and chips. 😁1
