I'm a group member but as I'm at target I haven't bothered with the weekly Zoom meetings and just have to send my weight with how much I've lost or gained since the last time.  I only send it to her every 6-8 weeks.  As long as I stay within target range I still don't have to pay but still keep access to the website and the app (which I don't actually use!), also to our own group Facebook page.

Are you going to renew your online membership, join in with the Zoom meetings with your local group or just going to go it alone?  You might find it helpful to keep posting and we can always answer any queries you have.

Group wasn't working for me so I decided to go it alone online but then you have to self motivate which is hard.  I am tempted to join online again but find some aspects of their website lacking .  It would be great if you could sync your fitness tracker with their website and also the food diary isn't as user friendly as it could be.

Agree with you about the website, hopefully the new one will be better.  I don't find the food diary too bad but it can be a bit slow inputting your food.  I tend to just input HEs and Syns.  As they are the only things that need counting or weighing.  No reason why you can't just use a bit of paper if you find the website food diary too slow/annoying/non-user friendly.

The main reason I was going to group was to get a bit of ME time as I'm with DH pretty much all the time and just need a break from time to time!

I’m back at work next Tuesday for keyworker children, after that not known yet!
Been strange week, seem to have lost my appetite (first time ever 😱). Only had porridge and ham roll yesterday 😳 drank lots of water though.
Not eaten anything yet today had coffee plus post exercise 800ml water. I know it’s not enough but can’t force what I don’t want 🥺.

That's interesting denise. DH and I usually do loads of things separately but lockdown has thrown us together 24/7 which is odd. Fortunately we have a large enough house that we tend to just come together for breakfast and dinner and for our walks. I did find it really strange when DH came food shopping with me at the beginning but Aldi's one person policy soon stopped that!

Happy Birthday Orange. I'll send you some champagne later.

Perhaps  it's just the heat that's put you off eating much tie. I certainly hope it's not the stress of going back to school next week??

We've had a good walk this morning ( 8 000+ steps) along a bit more of the river.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- LO hash (P,S,F) with beetroot (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), cauli steak, runner beans, tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
    Syns- HP sauce 1

I occasionally get to spend some time on my own if I've got sewing to do but unfortunately I have to be in the mood to do it so haven't actually done anything since lockdown!  Our bungalow only has one living room and if I try to go to my sewing room he seems to find some reason to come in and find out what I'm doing!!!

We were going to go for a walk earlier but went down to the beach and it was packed so drove down right past our beach, the next beach and on to where there is a load of grassy and wooded land and it was even worse there was absolutely nowhere to park so we ended up just turning round and going back home!  So only walking was from the garden, into the living room and then out the front door to the car and then back again, LOL!  Only about 3000 steps so far today so not very good at all.  Hopefully it'll be a bit better next week once some of the kids go back to school!

Shame about your walk denise. We have a study which is technically shared but during lockdown DH spends most of his time in there and I'm happy to let him. 😁
