Brilliant weightloss CTWD. You've done really well and how great that your child is supporting you. 👏👏👏

Sorry I confused you with the grapefruit. It's Sainsburys Pink Grapefruit squash. I have a large glass with my breakfast every day. When I started SW I really missed my breakfast juice and this is the least sweet squash I could find. Today I've had 8 glasses as I need to drink more than tea.

It's hard to work out syns for meat. I'd just try not to eat any obvious fatty bits  and chalk it down to experience.

Do ask if we can help with anything. Great to have you posting. 🙂

Morning all, another lovely day.  Need to check whether I've got enough washing to bother doing some today or whether to do it tomorrow!  Decisions, decisions LOL!

Today I'm having a Green day although don't think I'll be using either of the 2nd HEs!

    B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
L - roasted butternut squash, pilau veg - another new recipe from this month's magazine! S; F
    D - mixed bean goulash, rice - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - none planned but may have a couple of rum & ginger beers this evening if I fancy them

    Have a good day everyone.

Typically my online subscription to SW finished last week ! and now there's a new (pasta) cookbook out.  Does the new mag feature recipes from this book?
    Thank you in advance.
PS I did join the dark side and have to say their App and platform is more "with it" and although i love SW very much their platform isn't very inspiring and feels outdated (sad face)

Morning all! Birthday day for me today! Strayed with a 20km bike ride and and boiled eggs and bacon which I didn't cook!
    Plan for the day-
    3 boiled eggs and bacon
    Cottage cheese and speed salad
Cod brown rice green beans peas
    2 babybel light
    Almonds

Everyone's food looks so good! Bravo ctwd on that weight loss- wow!

Hi FE, just had a look through the current mag and there is no mention that any of the recipes have come from the new book so assume not but perhaps next month's will as the book is now out.

SW are supposed to be moving to a new website shortly, in fact new people have already got the new version and the new app - still waiting for mine!

Happy birthday Orange, enjoy your day.  Nothing wrong with eggs and bacon for breakfast, would be better with some Speed foods like mushrooms and tomatoes but you seem to be having some throughout the day.

Any celebration going on, like a drink, for your birthday - you don't seem to have any Syns planned.

I'm a group member but as I'm at target I haven't bothered with the weekly Zoom meetings and just have to send my weight with how much I've lost or gained since the last time.  I only send it to her every 6-8 weeks.  As long as I stay within target range I still don't have to pay but still keep access to the website and the app (which I don't actually use!), also to our own group Facebook page.

Are you going to renew your online membership, join in with the Zoom meetings with your local group or just going to go it alone?  You might find it helpful to keep posting and we can always answer any queries you have.
