Can't see the Pad Thai one but there is a Coconut and Lemongrass one. If it's that one then it's 4.5 Syns for the sachet. The Asian chicken one is also 4.5 Syns.

Good luck for your WI tomorrow orange. It's always difficult when you start as it wouldn't be very mse to waste food that you've already got in. Unless you can feed it to someone else.
Glad to hear the medication is kicking in bubbs.

Hi all, mind if I join in?
I have been lured by the scrumptious photos that Bubbs keeps posting and the varied menus you are putting up. I've been at target before but have been lax and need to get back on the wagon. During lockdown I've put on half a stone, but tbh it had been creeping up since Christmas.
I have been running early mornings - try to go at least 5 days a week - and am now doing between 3-5k each time. This week I ran a total of 17k over 5 days (didn't go yesterday or this morning).
I've been really good with syns all week, only having between 1-5 per day. Haven't missed having treats, but I think it's always the case with me when I first get going. After a couple of weeks, the treats seem harder to resist. Last night we decided to support a local family business and order take out. Family all had pizza and homemade pasta but I opted for chicken fillet burger on brioche bun with chunky chips. Not my best choice, but I couldn't manage much of it. Had about half the chicken fillet, top of burger bun and a few chunky chips. Felt really full and deep fried food gives me heart burn now as I have it so infrequently. I may also have had some red wine..... Today I didn't surface until 11am(!!!) which meant brunch, snacky lunch and we are having a bolognaise type pasta bake for dinner.
WI this morning and 2lbs lost this week whoohoo!
Brunch: 3 rashers lean bacon, poached egg, mushrooms (P, S), 1 tbsp ketchup (1)
Lunch: Whitworths shots (5), tangerine, apple (S)
Dinner: Bolognaise bake (5% lean steak mince, onion, passata, carrots, mushrooms), dried pasta, cheddar (HEA)
HEB - not sure I will have this today
