Do take care bubbs, it might be worth calling 111 to check whether the antibiotics should have kicked in by now. You seem to react so badly to bites. ☹️
    I will take care :D

Morning all, very windy this morning so washing ought to dry really quickly!

How's the leg this morning bubbs?  If it's still swollen I think you should ring 111 as maman suggested last night.

Went well over on the wine Syns last night and today's quite high too as we bought some pork and black pudding sausages from the place we buy our bacon from.  Won't be bothering with them again as they were nothing special and work out at 4.5 syns each and I had two!  Only one each left for tomorrow's breakfast so that will be it.

As long as I don't have any more syns than planned I'll have about 8 or 9 syns a day left between Sun-Wed.

    Today's plan:

    B - Fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 9
    L - tuna and cucumber roll - HEB; P; S; 0.5
    D - chilli & rice (from freezer) - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - WM roll
    Syns - 2 pork & black sausages 9; Tbs LTL mayo 0.5

    Morning all 👋🏻
WI with another loss (go me) only 1lb this time but still in the right direction for a change 🥴 hopefully keep going!
Looks like I will be back to work full time from 8th as his nibs will be back! My job share will be 1-1 in Y6 as that job share will be in a different class. We are only taking Y6 as we have so many keyworker children across the year groups that we don’t have the space to keep social distancing. Yesterday I saw what the classes look like with minimal furniture in 😱 will be VERY different. Anyway have a full week off to not think about it 🥴
Very breezy here, will be a head wind on the bike this morning 🤣.
Hope the anti bots work soon bubbs! Anyone heard from our ‘keep plodding’ friend?
Have a good weekend all 🥰
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well done TIE, a lb is a lb and it's in the right direction.  Enjoy your week off.

Beanie's still around I've seen posts from her on other threads.  I think she's probably given up on this one for a while, she seemed to be struggling with SW just before she stopped posting.

    Morning.

I've had a cooked breakfast using the Skinny Aldi sausages and I am not a fan! I bought two packs as I want to do the sausage casserole. I hope they taste a bit better in that at least. I am stuffed so doubt I'll have much lunch, but will have maybe some fruit and yoghurt this afternoon.

    B - Cooked brekky
    L - Fruit and yoghurt
    D Steak, salad, new potatoes
Healthy B - wholemeal bread, Healthy A, milk.
No syns planned yet, so will see what takes my fancy later.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

Glad the leg is a bit less angry today.  Hopefully the swelling will start reducing too.  Sounds as though the antibiotics have started to kick in at last.

Glad to hear your leg's improving bubbs.

Well done on your pound off tie.  I think anyone who's managing to 'Lose in Lockdown' is doing brilliantly!
My DD1 is in a Primary school and she'll be in a 'bubble' from next week with 15 children all day long. Fortunately she'll be able to have breaks as at the moment they can use the TAs from the older classes. They can't take Year 6 yet as social distancing with and the number of key worker and vulnerable children plus Y1 and 2 means they don't have any more classrooms to use.

How did you do YCM, was it you that has a Friday WI? Thanks for reminding me about Subway. We have a branch about 200m from home. Subway salads are brilliant for getting masses of Speed, I used them for lunch a lot last year when we had a mini break in Cornwall (Remember those? ). I don't normally buy in many salad bits (just the ones I can cook with like peppers, spring onions and tomatoes) so if DH and I decided to have a picnic, Subway would be a brilliant choice as I could have a salad and he could have the usual rolls.

Good to see you're still on plan orange plus the Body Magic bike ride. Well done!

Sorry you didn't like the Aldi sausages redmel. Personally we prefer them to the Sainsbury's BGTY ones we used to have but I suppose we're all different. At least you've tried.

I portioned up the Bolognese I made last night for the freezer and kept some out for my lunch. Dinner tonight's a bit samey from yesterday's KFC but in the absence of the planned curry then it'll be OK. Did you ever get that curry recipe from your SIL denise?

It's a shame that beanie (and others) aren't posting at the moment but I do understand that it's a pressure too far for some when there's so much else to cope with. Personally I like the fact that while so many things around us are out of control this is one thing I can manage.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F) with Bolognese (P,S), beetroot and pickled cabbage (S)
D- Fake Chicken Kiev (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, peppers, red onion, mushrooms, tomato and asparagus (S)
Syns- HP sauce 1, weekend wine
