Orangetoes have you had your HEA(s) and HEB?

Not much Speed in today's plan.  I always stir spinach through scrambled eggs and sometimes have tomatoes with it, also use HEB as toast.

Is there any veg in your tuna and rice salad?  You could add salady bits chopped up in it like cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, peppers etc

The only Speed you have with your dinner is the broccoli as corn on the cob is just Free not Speed.

Hope you find these comments helpful.

Thank you, getting back into it so all tips most welcome. Lots of veg in the tuna salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach and sweetcorn. I agree about scrambled eggs!
I don't eat bread as I'm gluten free, so find Heb tricky at the moment.
    Thanks again.

I got a nasty mossy bite last night 😡 i am just wary after the 2 last year that ended up as cellulitis!

Thanks guys. I'll get into the swing of things soon.
    That looks amazing bubbs!
I had bbq, but have been so busy that I never had a chance to sort anything properly SW friendly.. So I made a big salad, had a chicken drumstick, but took off the skin (does that make it free?) and had 2 sausages, but I don't know the syns. I have tried googling but can't see them. Could somebody please check them for me? Co op butchers pork sausages 12 pack (600g). Thanksy.

Do let us know how she gets on bubbs. 🙂
That's weird about corn on the cob denise but baby corn is Speed. I think. 🤔
I rarely have Speed with my breakfast orange but make up for it later in the day by having 50% Speed with my other meals. I just made myself a pasta salad by taking some of the roast vegetables for tonight's dinner and added a tin of red beans to put some protein in. It may be for my lunch tomorrow. 😁

Glad your sister is OK bubbs.

You're right maman it's weird about corn on the cob not being Speed.  I think the reason is as it matures it gets much starchier than when It's small.

Orange there are lots of things you can have for HEB which aren't bread, nuts, tinned fruit, seeds etc.  But if you get plenty of fibre from fruit and veg like bubbs does then probably not needed but if you don't then I think it's a good idea to try to have it at least most days.  There are also gluten free breads that can be used as HEB if you wanted bread.

With regard to the sausages I think I'd call them 5 unless they are much smaller than the ones which are listed.

    Denise
