That looks a nice recipe bubbs.  Sugar is 5 syns per 25g so 1 syn per tsp but no reason why you can't sub sweetener.  The tamarind paste is 1 syn per Tbs.

Have got half a cauliflower in the fridge so might give that a go and bung it in the freezer for next month's menu plan!  Haven't got any tamarind paste but I know you can sub some lime juice for it which I have got.

I bought lamb today for Sunday 27th. We love our Christmas Dinner but it'll be a totally different flavour from the turkey. 😋

We're having the full turkey dinner.

I'm cooking it this year though :# bit nervous never done it before, Dad cooked it every year until about 5 years ago when he had a stroke then mums done it every year since. If I'm not working I always go to mum and dads Christmas day and if I'm working I tend not to bother with the turkey dinner and just have whatever I'd have normally

They were supposed to come to my house for Christmas but with all that's going on we decided it have it at theirs but with me still cooking. (I was kind of hope to get away with not cooking but no chance :D ).

I've cooked a roast before so I'm ok with the actual cooking part but I'm worried I'll forget something. A couple of years ago mum forget the cranberry sauce and it has  became a running family joke ever since... cranberrygate :D )

    :AWhatever it is - I didn't do it!:A

I bought lamb too but use it for a Jamie Oliver recipe from his 5 ingredients book. Lamb, chickpeas and preserved lemon....off the top of my head I think it’s ras en halout and I can’t remember the last ingredient. It is delicious and makes loads to freeze.
