You dodged that one bubbs. 😉 If you really want to know you could always go to Boots. Since my GP's scales said I'd gained 6 lbs  (which wasn't true) I'll not be asking there again!

Well done on staying strong jax. Your meals sound really healthy and plenty of Speed. Fingers crossed for your half stone shiny. We like bling! 😊

Well, crisps and dolcelatte are in the house.  But I will stay strong!!  I decided to go to Home Bargains but  no beetroot, and stock of everything seemed really low although they did have the dolcelatte. So as I was out already I went to Farmfoods and got my favourite crisps (Seabrooks sea salted at 4.5 syns a bag) and bought some beetroot and pickled cabbage from there to try.  If it's OK I'll buy more. I should be able to get most of the rest in Aldi as it's mainly fruit and veg. I'm planning on Wednesday for that but if I need to I can pick up  any last bits when I go to WI on Thursday. I'm going to buy some decent bread for my turkey sandwiches. 😋

That looks delicious bubbs. 😋 My dinner won't be ready for half an hour so it's making me hungry. Which sausages do you use? 🤔

They look very like the low fat sausages I get from my butchers, like yours absolutely no fat comes out of them when cooking.  I always syn them at 1 syn each as that's what the website says for low fat sausages.

I'll be making my pigs in blankets from Aldi sausages. I think I twisted them last year to make small ones but I might do greedy pigs this year. 😋🐖

Love that!  I'm not even bothering with a Christmas dinner!  shock, horror!!!  DH and I aren't bothered by the whole bit Christmas dinner thing so have decided we'll just have a normal dinner, albeit something we don't usually have.

We'll still have a roast on the Sunday.  It just makes the meal planning much easier that way!

Maybe I should do the same!  I syn the burgers at 0.5 as they are also low fat but as no fat comes out of them I could probably get away with Syn Free like homemade ones but won't do that, just to be on the safe side.
