Sounds like I've got the worst Aldi ever!  Most people seem prefer it to Lidl but I'm definitely the other way round.  Having said that neither of them stock everything needed so always have to go to at least one of the big ones - Mr Ts is my local but if I'm in the town for Lidl then it's easier to use Morries.

    Morning all

Didn't get round to posting yesterday as I was mad busy doing my doorstep present drops in the morning. Then I was doing doorstep pick up and drop off of my aunts gifts as she's in her 80s and both her sons have underlying conditions so I (well my mum, haha) volunteered my services, I then had to pick some last bits up for my parents so I barely got a minute to myself yesterday. Food wise I was on plan but definitely didn't eat enough had porridge and fruit for breakfast, missed lunch and just had the beef noodles slimming world ready meal.

Today is going to be a much easier one I am literally not leaving the house for anything 😁. Today has been allocated to presents wrapping and Christmas movies.

Breakfast was a ham and mushroom omelette with more mushrooms and tomatoes on the side. Lunch is some homemade veg soup thats currently in the slow cooker and dinner is a small beef joint with carrot and swede mash, green beans and cauliflower. I'm going to double up so I can take that into work for lunch tomorrow save me trying to plan my work lunch.

Syn wise again 3.5 syns for my advent calender chocolate and after wrapping there will be a couple of celebratory glasses of wine which is why I've not had many syns during the week 😁
    :AWhatever it is - I didn't do it!:A

Morning all.  jax if you have less than 10 syns then you're day would be an SP day.  It used to benefit you having SP days as you were allowed an extra HEA but now we all get 2 x HEAs.  Having said that every SP meal helps with weight loss for some people (unfortunately it doesn't for me and I just feel hungry without carbs!).

Dropping off Christmas cards as DD1s this morning but don't whether I'll see her on the doorstep - depends whether she's actually up when we get there!!!  She doesn't like getting up much before lunchtime at the weekend!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages; bubble and squeak cake; mushrooms; tomatoes; eggs; beans - P; S; F; 2
    L - jacket potato; cottage cheese; salad - P; S; F
    D - Beef casserole; mash - P; S; F
    S - Ryvita & cheese - HEA2/HEB if I fancy something this evening

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese?
    HEB - Ryvita?
    Syns - sausages 2; rum?

Only used 19.5 syns since Thursday so have some in hand for the week going forward.

    Afternoon all
Sun is shining, we did have a shower at lunch time but nice again now
I have been busy sorting out, might finish my Xmas cake in a bit, just having a cuppa and waiting for washing to dry, still have the elusive ironing to do 🙄 also need to wrap my presents.
I had egg wrap with sausage, mushroom and some left over baked beans in for brunch 😋😋of course picky tea today 😁😁
Also had my letter for consultant for my foot , it's at the private hospital which i was surprised about 11th Jan so not too long to wait.

Boris is in his box later , so i think he will announce national lockdown for after Xmas

That looks lovely bubbs, much nicer than icing!

Just had a really heavy shower but just got back in from the golf range.  There was a short, heavy shower while we were there but we were under cover thankfully so at least didn't get wet!  Had hoped to play today but decided against it - would probably have got soaked if we had!
