I read it that you didn't use the bath much bubbs! 😉🤣

It's glorious here too. What a difference in two days.  We took advantage and went out for an hour. Just an extended walk around the block but it was great to be out.  Even bright enough for my Raybans. 😎

Hope the blue cheese sauce works out well denise. What matters is that it's worth the syns. If it's good you could use it with steak or burgers too. Blue cheese is quite strong so you might not need too much or you could use some Primula or Parmesan with the blue cheese  as you get more of that for a HEA.  I plan to buy some Stilton or Gorgonzola  as one of my Christmas treats. 😋

I'm looking forward to our sweet and sour tonight. I have about 10 syns left and I don't need them between now and Thursday so I'll have some tinned pineapple (3 syns for 100g including juice that I don't need). DH likes it and any left he can have on his muesli for breakfast.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk
L- ham (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- sweet and sour pork (P,S), brown rice (F)
    Syns- sauce 3.5?🤔

I've actually got some stilton and brie frozen for Christmas (had to freeze them as got them YS a couple of weeks ago!).

Well worth using a few syns for the pineapple maman if you've got them to spare.  I need to tot up how many syns I've had so far to see how many I've got left for today and tomorrow but can't do that until this evening once I know how many syns I need for the sauce for dinner but think I'll probably have about 10 or 12 left which should be plenty.  Not drinking tonight but may well have a couple of rums tomorrow night after being at the hospital!

Well have to say the salmon in creme fraische, blue cheese & pear sauce was OK but don't something which will be going on the menu any time soon!  It tasted OK but it takes a lot of effort and as I say was just OK not amazing.  If I'm going to spend that much time and effort it has to be amazing to make it back on the menu!

Denise, it is so disappointing when you are looking forward to something and it's just ok :(

Especially when it used so many syns!!!  It was even more than I'd thought as needed more creme fraische than I'd allowed for - used 200ml rather than 100ml!  I've totted up my syns so far this week and I have THREE, yes 3 syns left for tomorrow!  Oops, definitely had too many on Thursday last week (had 2 days worth so never really caught up).  Oh well we'll see how things are on Thursday morning!

Oh dear denise. Thank goodness there's only one day until we can replenish the syn bank. 🤣

We had the sweet and sour but that was OK too. I don't think it was because of the sauce but we definitely prefer sweet and sour chicken. I really like a roast pork dinner and cold pork but I've gone off pork chops and the taste of the reheated pork reminded me of them. 🤔
    Sausages tomorrow. That's 1 syn so I'm OK! 🤣

Thanks.  Sorry you didn't like the sweet and sour pork but glad it wasn't the sauce!

Definitely glad tomorrow is the last day before a new Syn bank!
