That's terrible bubbshospitals really shouldn't lose notes but unfortunately it happens.  Glad you've only got to visit the hospital once rather than having to go back for the X-ray another day.  Wow that must be really swollen, hope they can get to the bottom of it.

I phoned the breast screening people the other day because I should of had a mammogram around April this year but hadn't heard anything.  I left a message yesterday afternoon and they got back to me this morning which I was quite impressed with so now have an appointment for the week after next.  This will be my last routine mammogram as in 3 years time I'll be over 70 so if I want to carry on having them I'll have to contact them to arrange it every time - it gets harder and harder to remember as you get older!

It's the doctors not the hospital, it's arthritis but the pain some days is very bad :(
Hospital lost DH'S notes when he had an accident in '96 he got transferred from Kettering to Leicester for surgery, at the time i was really angry and said if i drive up the A6 (as it was then) i might find them 😂😂 (but i didn't drive then so couldn't)

I had a mamogram about a month ago, they sent a letter,  rang up and got if for 5 days later, i said on the phone oh i am surprised it's that quick and they said people don't want to come to the hospital, but they are very important!

I don't actually have to go into the hospital for the mammogram - it's in a portakabin in the carpark.

At least all the activity does seem  to prove that the NHS is still open for business. 😊
I've yet to do my meal plan before shopping later.  I know we're having KFC but will post menu when  iget back.
Enjoy the marmalade gin ruby. Beanie was a big fan of raspberry gin. Do you drink it like a liqueur or with tonic? 🤔
Hmm, I thought that everyone had already adapted to the new conditions long ago. My wife and I constantly compose the menu and go shopping together. I believe that this should not be completely on women's shoulders. Of course, it is mainly the wife who cooks, but she needs to make her life a little easier.

I don't want my DH with me anyway, filling up the trolley with cakes and biscuits! He has to stay at home an get on with his cleaning anyway. 🤣

Shops were quiet this afternoon although the roads were busy. All well stocked though so very quick and straightforward. I met DD1 and DGD in the car park. It was a complete coincidence but probably illegal as there were 3 of us. 😉

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), ham (P), beetroot, cornichons (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), asparagus, broccoli, mange tout, garlic mushrooms, tomato (S), HEA2 Primula
    Syns- weekend wine😋
