Thanks bubbs for the Super 6 for next week. Not much there that I would buy; just the easy peelers and mushrooms so don't think I'll be bothering as I don't really like our Aldi - social distancing is non-existent! No wonder we'll be going into Tier 3.
Not looking too good weatherwise at the moment but I've put a machine load on and hopefully it'll brighten up later and I can get it dry on the line.
Today's plan:
B - cheese omelette - HEA; P
L - beans and tomatoes on toast - HEB; S; F
D - fish, chips & peas - P; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned

Morning all! Its rather foggy here this morning - can barely see the crane on the building site opposite through the gloom!
Had porridge for breakfast again this morning and lunch is going to be the last of the soup from yesterday and then dinner is steak and chips as requested by DH. Ordered some marmalade gin for Christmas but if it arrives today then I might allow myself one this evening as it's Friday!

Morning all, started my isolation. the covid test is a little unpleasant but it has to be done. working from home today and I'm hungry and ready for my lunch already! these three days of isolation may prove difficult food wise lol. Tonight im undecided between a veg packed mince dish or gammon veg and bp. i have bought some bread so i can take a sandwich to the hospital with me as i will be away all day. i havent had a loaf of bread in this house since july!1

The promised weather didn't happen! It started raining about half hour after I hung the washing out, so it's now in the tumble dryer - it's definitely very cold but not freezing.
Is the hospital appointment nose related bubbs? I've got a hospital appointment next week, which should have taken place in April! I just had a telephone consultation but couldn't be discharged as they actually need to put a camera down my throat to check my voice box, not very pleasant but needs to be done.
klew as you're going to be indoors for 3 days it's well worth planning your meals so you don't go off plan (at least not too much!). Enjoy your sandwich when you're at the hospital! I couldn't manage without bread because I use it quite often as my HEB but I've never really been a big bread eater so the 2 slices is OK for me, particularly now we can have 2 x 800g slices of either Morrisons own brand or Nevilles from Mr Ts.

Denise , no fingers crossed that's ok or as good as it can be at the moment, really don't want them done agaon will be the 4th time if i do 😫
I have an ultra sound on my foot, but because of the problems with my knee and the swelling , physio said i needed to speak to the doctor which i did this week and they said i hadn't had an X-ray on it since 2013! WRONG, because i have but couldn't remember when but i had 2 appoitments on the same day Nose and consultant for my leg and i am sure it was begining of last year but she reckons nothing on my notes since 2013, considering i have been back and forth before covid with my knee i feel it hard to believe!
Anyway top and tail of it is , i managed to get booked in for x-ray after ultra sound so i only visit hospital once and not multiple times
Just shows how swollen my knee is though as i bought some new boots, left leg i can get my hand down the top of the boot, right like it's all flabbing over 🙄Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
That's terrible bubbs, hospitals really shouldn't lose notes but unfortunately it happens. Glad you've only got to visit the hospital once rather than having to go back for the X-ray another day. Wow that must be really swollen, hope they can get to the bottom of it.
I phoned the breast screening people the other day because I should of had a mammogram around April this year but hadn't heard anything. I left a message yesterday afternoon and they got back to me this morning which I was quite impressed with so now have an appointment for the week after next. This will be my last routine mammogram as in 3 years time I'll be over 70 so if I want to carry on having them I'll have to contact them to arrange it every time - it gets harder and harder to remember as you get older!

At least all the activity does seem to prove that the NHS is still open for business. 😊
I've yet to do my meal plan before shopping later. I know we're having KFC but will post menu when iget back.
Enjoy the marmalade gin ruby. Beanie was a big fan of raspberry gin. Do you drink it like a liqueur or with tonic? 🤔1
