Know what you mean maman!  Every day is getting to be a boring housework/washing/dishwashing/hoovering/dusting etc etc etc.

I shall be glad when we can start getting out and about again but I can't see it being any time soon unfortunately, although it's good news that there is the possibility of a vaccine soon.  Don't know about others but I'm all for vaccination if it means I can go about life in a more normal way.

Wow that's a busy day bubbs.  I on the other hand have only put the dishwasher on, been shopping, unloaded the dishwasher.  Spoke to my sister on the phone; had lunch and this afternoon watched last night's golf highlights and checked my banking (reconciling statement against YNAB which took some sorting out so probably spent more than twice as long as usual to do it!).  Just sitting down again before starting on dinner in about half hour.

Have decided to do burgers as well as eggs tonight so got those out of the freezer just after lunch, hopefully they'll be defrosted by the time I come to cook them.

Tomorrow i plan on not being so busy 😂😂 famous last words!

    I never defrost burgers 🤔

Your dinner sounds great denise. My idea of comfort food. 😋
I see you made good use of the LO meats bubbs. 😊
I haven't been able to settle to much today. I think it's just the thought of another boring week starting. ☹️  I've done bits of washing and banking too but just read my book all afternoon. I couldn't even be bothered to go out for a walk. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have a better mindset.🤔
I have enough for tomorrow too :D

I took a piece of quiche for breakfast, had it wrapped in foil on passenger seat, i braked sharpe, quiche flew off the seat and came un wrapped, so still never ate it 🤣🤣
Been on a zoom meeting, did you know if you type unusual recipes in the search bar on sw page, you get unusual recipes  🤣we had a different consultant tonight, she is lovely, such a breath of fresh air :D

Sometimes it's good to have a new consultant - they all seem to do things differently.  Will have to try that search and see what comes up!  You never know might have a really good, unusual recipe.

I don't want unusual recipes, I want egg and chips!!! My absolute favourite! 😋 It's what I used to have when DH was out of an evening but that hasn't happened since March. ☹️

I found a pack of Amoy straight to wok noodles in the back of the cupboard, dated January 2020. We ate them anyway but I noticed that they're now supposed to be 1 syn. They were free when I bought them! 🤣 Fortunately all I've got left are dried ones.

    Morning all,

    Thanks everyone,

I’m feeling a bit bloated yesterday and today, convinced it was the bread at the weekend,

I will be typing unusual into the search bar and seeing what comes up. I quite like the emails I get through with ideas, I have saved the mince hash and the dirty rice as it is different to what I do with pinch of nom

    B: fruit and fibre milk

L: chicken (dog nicked the chicken yesterday!!!) pickled onions, HM lentil soup

D : makwkay chicken curry and rice.

I have some chicken to snack on as dinner could be later than usual. Still getting work finished off in the house. Im already planning my next room to attack

  • Morning all!  Well done on hitting the 2 stone mark klew!  I know what you all mean about the days merging into one, even work feels the same every day at the moment which is why I'm finding it difficult to focus and motivate myself to do it

Didn't sleep very well last night so had a bit of a lie in this morning and will be doing my workout this evening instead (think it's upper body so lots of throwing weights around!)  Breakfast was raspberry porridge, lunch will be the last of my leek and potato soup and dinner will be macaroni cheese with added bacon, red onion and mushrooms.

Hope you all have a good day!
