At least you've got plenty of things to snack on if you get peckish. 😁

  • Morning all!Β  Lovely looking food as always bubbs.Β  We also usually have a frozen turkey crown for Christmas maman as it's just the two of us on Christmas day and then we usually go to my parents on Boxing day for Christmas day number 2!Β  Obviously that's not happening this year but I'm hoping we can sort something out, even if it's just sitting in their garden with a mince pie and a cup of tea.

Had a lazy weekend which was lovely but regretting it now.Β  Maintained this week which is what usually happens when I get back in the exercise mojo but definitely feeling a bit thinner and fitter so positive mindset is still here.Β  Threw some weights around this morning and then will be starting Week 2 of C25K this evening - 90 second bursts of "running" is probably going to kill me but we'll see how it goes.

Had raspberry and banana porridge for breakfast, leek and potato soup planned for lunch and then hunters chicken with chips and veg for dinner tonight.Β  Hope everyone has a good day - I'm off for a coffee and my weekly team call.

    Morning all,

Now on 2 stone 1 pound as I lost 2 pounds at WI. Pleased with that. Picked a lot yesterday! Had a Chinese on Saturday night. Think it will be my last takeaway for a while, crack down before Christmas.

    B: fruit and fibre, milk

L: HM Lentil soup (onion, carrots, half a potato, lentils stock) chicken

D : HM mash, peas, sweetcorn, LF sausages

Β Any syns will be on mustard/mayo with the sausages and a freddo if I need a sweet treat

Β Trying for a low syn few days to get back on track for another loss at the weekend. Later in the week will be having sticky chicken/ chicken curry and roasted veggies

Well done on your 2 stone shiny klew!! Delighted for you! πŸ˜€

It's strange aboutΒ  the effect of exercise ruby but feeling more toned is a good NSV. Some people take measurements as well so it's not just the numbers on the scales that count.Β

I've got 14.5 syns left for the next couple of days. I need 2.5 today and then that's it for the week. I won't use them unless I've forgotten anything. That bit of leeway seems to help as I don't measure milk or cheese for sauces. I'm hoping that lockdown does end on December 2nd and we can get back to socially distanced groups then I'll try really hard to be in range for Christmas. I suspect I'm right at the top at the moment.Β

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk
L- cold meat (P), fried potato (F), veg and pickles (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
    Syns- honey for sauce 2.5

Afternoon all. Β No idea where this morning went, although did have to go and do some shopping as run out of fruit and eggs! Β Even had to change this morning's breakfast because I hadn't got any eggs!

Well doneΒ klew on your 2 stone shiny! Β Knew you'd do it this week. Β Good luck for another good loss this week.

After a bad start on Thursday where I went way over syns I've kept to less than 10 syns a day. Β Only one planned so far for today but may syn a couple of crackers this evening and have with some cheese for supper as I've still got 40 syns left - how on earth did that happen!

    Today's plan:

    B - beans on toast - HEB; F
    L - jacket potato, tuna mayo, HM coleslaw - P; S; F; 1
    D - eggs, chips, tomatoes, mushrooms - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese?
    HEB - bread
    Syns - LTL mayo 1; crackers 3?

Wow that's a busy dayΒ bubbs. Β I on the other hand have only put the dishwasher on, been shopping, unloaded the dishwasher. Β Spoke to my sister on the phone; had lunch and this afternoon watched last night's golf highlights and checked my banking (reconciling statement against YNAB which took some sorting out so probably spent more than twice as long as usual to do it!). Β Just sitting down again before starting on dinner in about half hour.

Have decided to do burgers as well as eggs tonight so got those out of the freezer just after lunch, hopefully they'll be defrosted by the time I come to cook them.

Your dinner sounds great denise. My idea of comfort food. πŸ˜‹
I see you made good use of the LO meats bubbs. 😊
I haven't been able to settle to much today. I think it's just the thought of another boring week starting. ☹️  I've done bits of washing and banking too but just read my book all afternoon. I couldn't even be bothered to go out for a walk. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have a better mindset.πŸ€”
