Welcome @Kseniya.  We are all following the Slimming World plan and posting our menus for the day helps to keep us accountable.  Feel free to post your plans if you think it would help you.  Some go to group, some are online members and some are going it alone at home.   Where do you fit in?

    Evening all,
Sorry I've been MIA the past week or so.  It's been a mixed week, although mainly within plan.  I am still struggling to find a reasonable way to eat a 'normal' lunch with my new work schedule.  My meal times are usually staggered later through the day, so b/fast is between 10-11am.  Lunch 2-3pm and dinner is 7.30pm (the latter fits in with family all being home, OH back from gym etc).  Now that I start work at 1pm, and then I am trying to fit an 8hr day into 4hrs I am flat out with not a moment to stop to eat.  I am lucky if I manage to drink a whole cup of coffee while there.  Every day I've taken a banana, satsuma, yogurt and cereal bar.  I took the same yogurt in and brought it back home  2 days running.  I managed 1 satsuma all week, but I did manage the bananas
Dinners have all been on plan though
Happy to report a 3lb loss over the past couple of weeks, so it's going in the right direction.
We have some sad news though in that DS & DIL lost their baby :(  Absolutely gutted for them, and they are naturally devastated.  Fingers crossed that the new year will bring them some luck and happiness.

Unsure about the new lockdown news.  No idea what that means for working.  Have a sneaking suspicion my boss may attempt to furlough us again because he's tight as a gnat's chuff and squeezing as much of this free £ out of the govt as he can and keeping the business profits for himself.  We shall see.
Hope you're all keeping ok and plodding on even if you're like me and only managing to keep an eye on here and not always posting.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

That sounds unsustainable sary.  Can you not walk away from whatever you're doing, even if it's just for 10 minutes so you can sit down somewhere away from your work to eat something.  You shouldn't be expected to fit an 8 hour day into 4 hours - that's ridiculous!  Good for you sticking with SW for at least your evening meal and well done on the loss.

My condolences to your and your family on the loss of the baby.  I know it's very hard as I went through it myself many years ago when I was 21 but time does heal.  It won't feel like it for a long time but you will all get there.

    My plan for today:

    B - fry up with sausages - egg, sausages, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms - P; S; F; 2
L - burger & onions in a bun - WM roll, burger, onions, salad, pickles - HEB; S; HEB; 0.5
D - roast lamb dinner - lamb, roast potatoes, roasted vegetables, braised red cabbage, green veg - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - WM roll
    Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Hi I understood the meaning of the topic)
    "Where do you fit in?"
I haven't worked in the gym for over a year (due to minor health problems), but I still try to practice at home. not always regular, but I'm trying. and of course I try not to eat too much and eat more or less healthy food)
really my big problem is sweets :p .

Kseniya So it seems you're not actually doing Slimming World then?  With SW it isn't necessary to work out but if you choose to you can.  I do very little exercise apart from walking and recently restarted playing golf - but that is now going to stop!  Hoping to get a short 9 hole round in on Tuesday if the weather is OK after a lesson on Monday.

If you'd like to post your menu plans then we can help but otherwise I'm not sure how you think this thread can help you.

You're doing really well to lose 3 lbs sary but do try and get a proper break. It must be so tiring particularly as you seem to still be suffering Covid after effects.  Great idea to take all the SW friendly snacks into work though.

I was working towards WI on this coming Thursday or I'll be kicked off the app and website too bubbs. I don't want to take a chance on  WI at another group earlier in the week  as I don't fancy risking being out of range  right through lockdown. I plan to text my consultant and ask if she can put me down for STS like she did last time. I haven't looked at the website today but I'd be surprised if there's any information on there yet. Anyone seen anything on Facebook? 🤔

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, banana (F) HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries and raspberries (S)
L- veggie omelette (P,S), ham (P), beetroot and cornichons (S)
D- HB steaks (P,S), SW roast potatoes (F), loads of veg (S)
    Syns- weekend wine 😊
