I don;t do any exercise just normal every day stuff

Don't know how you last that long bubbs! I'd be starving if I didn't eat breakfast and then lunch before 2pm!
Well done maman on thinking ahead and taking lunch with you today. Hope you enjoyed your dancing.
Going to go over syns today as having wine this evening and have had syns during the day but will sort out the damage limitation after the weekend (as usual!).
Washing was almost dry when got it in around 2.30pm so just hanging on the airer overnight so should be dry in the morning.

Morning all, was a bit grey and very windy first thing but brightening up now. Forecast is for rain from lunchtime onwards so have done 2 machine loads of washing and have them on the line but will be keeping an eye on the weather. It is so windy I think it should all be dry before it starts raining, at least I hope so but if not some of it can go on the airer and will put the heavier stuff in the tumble dryer.
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - egg, sausages, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms - P; S; F; 2
L - Welsh rarebit - cheese, egg, mustard powder, Worcester sauce - HEA2; P; F
D - roast lamb dinner - lamb, roast potatoes, roasted veg, green veg - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - low fat sausages 2

Pleased to report that I didn't have weekend wine last night 😇 so instead of playing catch up I have some syns saved for my eating out this week. That's unless we go into national lockdown and my lunch date and SW is cancelled! 🤔
It's horrible here. Windy and tipping down with rain. I need to wash some towels but I'll put them on the airer and then just finish them off in the tumble drier. This is getting like a weather and washing thread! 🤣
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- beef stew (P,S,F)
D- chicken jambalaya (P,S,F0
Syns- HP sauce 1, weekend wine😊1 -
Believe it or not I timed it exactly right for getting my washing in! Just as I got to the back door with the basket of dry washing I felt a spit of rain! By the time I'd sorted and folded it properly the heavens had opened! It's still tipping it down now, although did ease up a bit about half hour ago so I nipped out to the freezer to grab the stuff I need for tomorrow's meals in case it's tipping it down in the morning!
Just seen on another forum I go on that there's going to be a press conference at 4 o'clock so assume we'll find out if we are going into lockdown and if so, what exactly it will involve.
I've totted up my syns so far and I've got a few to spare so may well have a couple of rum & ginger beers which will take me to just 0.5 syns over for the 3 days so plenty to go round for Sunday to Wednesday!

It's looking like I may get my lunch out but not be able to to go to WI. Not surprised that Boris is empathetic. 🤣 We'll see what he has to say when he eventually does the press conference.
Pottering about this afternoon, I did 6 'microwave pouches' of pilau rice. All syn free and makes it so easy when we have curry. I do the same with brown rice. 😊
