I have sorted it had to re -enter card number and pin, my consultant said one way or another group will go ahead, so i am guessing if it changes it will be back to zoom. But she said at the moment they are normal this week, but depends where it is held i guess?
Sary, sorry i meant to comment, you really should have time for at  least a drink but like Denise said expecting you to do 8 hrs work in 4 is not on!!

maman and bubbs my consultant has posted on our Facebook page to say her Monday groups will go ahead as normal and she's hoping to move her Thursday groups to Wednesday instead.  She said she'll post again on Facebook once she has heard from head office, probably tomorrow but I suspect it'll be back to Zoom again which I won't be doing.  I wasn't going to go this week or next anyway so if it goes to Zoom I'll be going back to letting her know every 8 weeks!

I haven't been enjoying group since we've been back after lockdown so if it does go to Zoom meetings I'll post weight every couple of months and then make a decision as to whether I go back again or not.

The baked apple looks lovely bubbs, shame you've found a bad bit but I'm sure the rest of it will be fine!  I haven't had one for years either but then I usually use my HEB for bread or porridge.

My 8 weeks is up on Thursday bubbs, so I'll have to sort something out. I think groups will meet normally Monday to Wednesday but I don't really want to go somewhere else . I'll text my consultant and let you know what she says. 🤔

Looks delicious as usual bubbs. 😋
My group has been moved to Wednesday too. I'll go and weigh. I'm fully expecting to be out of target (after the bad news in Boots ☹️) so we'll see what she says about what to do about the following week.

It was nice, good luck with Weds, but if you can weight before at boots you will know how much different the scales are and will be able to keep an eye, says she who needs to weigh 🤣🤣🤣

That's true, but it means I'd have to go to the same branch of Boots every time.  I weighed less in our local shopping centre back in August than the city one last week. 🤔🤣

Half a pound off this weekend, had a chinese on Saturday night which was lovely, first one since july, I really feel on target this week so I am aiming higher than half a pound.

Made soup with odds and ends last night so sop is stock, onion, carrot, leek and celery

Lunches this week will be soup and chicken then onto a BP at the end of the week

Dinner I am roasting a chicken and will be having it with boiled potatoes, peas, broccoli and lots of gravy to account for the lack of cheese sauce, later on in the week gammon with lots of roasted speed veg – fingers crossed it is a good week despite lockdown pending

Exercise wise when we are not in lockdown I spin at least once a week and I do a short 30 minute walk with the dog every morning before work and an hour or so on an evening. The walking is as good for mind as it is for my body after a stressful day at work I can tell you. On a weekend I aim to do at least one long walk on top of my usual
