Definitely sounds intriguing denise.  I've been burnt a bit by the SW own recipes so tend to steer clear of them but if your cheesecake turns out well then I might be tempted to try again

It's not a cheesecake as there's no cheese in it!  It's like a set mixture of yoghurt & quark; topped with fruit and cooled strong jelly poured over and left to set again before sprinkling of cooked crumble type mixture on top.  Will definitely let you know what it's like once we've had some - hopefully it'll be ready in time to have for pudding tonight - if not we'll have it later with a cuppa! Might even have both as it's only a syn per portion!

Yes please to the curry mix denise, and then a recipe for how you use it. 😉 Like ruby, I usually just adapt recipes as I find SW rarely work. It'll be good to know how the cheesecake thing works out. 🤔

It's actually set!  It was really awkward getting the thing out of the cake tin and peeling the clingfilm off but I managed it without loosing too much of it on the clingfilm.  Will try and get a picture posted on here if I an work out how to do it!

I managed to get all my bedding dry bubbs as the wind got up a bit once the sun came out.  Still no rain, hurray!
