Oh dear bubbs, how did that happen? 🤔☹️
It's strange how we all have something different with KFC. We had it tonight but with garlic mushrooms, broccoli, mange tout and tomatoes and (of course) chips. 😋

I bought 4xBNS in Aldi. No sign of the tenderstem broccoli this week or last week. ☹️ Probably plenty next week when it's not on Super 6.🤔☹️

I'm going to try the Chubby Cubs chicken jalfrezi recipe today. I generally buy curry from Aldi (1.5 syns per pack) but would like to make a free one myself. I'll report back how it goes.

    Todays EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), bacon, fried eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- ham (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), beetroot (S)
D- chicken jalfrezi (P,S), HM pilau and chips (F)
    Syns- weekend wine😀

Hi everyone, we're back home.  The rain was horrendous last night, even though it was forecast to be dry so decided to cut our losses and come home.  At least after yesterdays excess syns I can get back on it from today, although not a lot of Speed included as we're still having what was planned in the van apart from we didn't have the fry up planned so will be having the sausages for lunch.

    So today's plan:

    B - egg sandwich - HEB; P; 3.5
    L - sausage, chips & beans - F; 2
    D - keema curry, rice, mini naan bread - P; S; F; 6.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - butter 3.5; sausages 2; naan bread 6.5 so total of 12 - 3 syns pulled back! only another 8.5 to go

Hope you're feeling OK today bubbs.  Take it easy for a day or two if you can.
