I must have missed your post yesterday or at least I don't remember seeing one maman.
Dinner looks lovely GTS. What recipe box service website are you using? Could be some new ideas to try on it. I wouldn't worry too much about drinking water as all fluids (except alcohol, unfortunately!) count so if you want coffee rather than water then have it. Most of my fluid intake is tea.

Morning all, it was raining when we got up this morning but seems to be improving now and brightening up thankfully - hate having to pack the motorhome in the rain!
Well I weighed myself this morning and I was nearly right - I'm right at top end of target but not out! Just need to have a good week to ensure that I actually lose a bit this week rather than gain even more! I weighed myself after breakfast rather than before because from now on I'm not allowed to eat my breakfast at group in case it takes me 15 minutes! I've never taken that long to eat my overnight oats, so that means I'm going to have to eat before I go in future. Had a cheese omelette so fairly light even though is uses up one of my HEAs so I may well do that each Thursday morning rather than overnight oats as I'm fairly sure with the carbs I'd be heavier after eating!
Have cooked some savoury mince to take with us for tonight so can decide later what carbs to have with it - potatoes, pasta, rice, pasta? DH will probably want mash! But it won't be turned into a proper cottage pie because the oven/grill is useless!

Morning all! Welcome back GTS. Agree that the dinner looks yummy. I'll second what denise said about "trying too hard". I've recently started focusing less on the scale and more on how I feel and with upping my exercise I'm losing inches and feeling better all round while the weight on the scale is barely moving. Saying that I skipped a workout and breakfast this morning as I woke up with twinges in my back and the follow on from a migraine that's been hanging around for about 3 days now!
Hope you have a lovely time denise. I think we're going to end up cancelling our planned holiday in December and possibly have a staycation instead if we can - found a lovely place on the Isle of Wight that looks promising but will just have to wait and see what happens. Really hope the circuit breaker lockdown doesn't start half term week as I've got a planned hotel stay for our wedding anniversary that week!
As I have a headache / migraine going on I'm really not feeling hungry this morning. DH made me a cup of tea to help the painkillers go down and now I'm here trying to wade through some emails. If I feel up to it I may have Shakshuka again for brunch and then leftover bolognese for dinner with green beans and broccoli that's lying around the fridge. Went for a socially distanced walk with a friend last night and when I got back I felt soo hungry plus cold that the best dinner I could make myself while I warmed up was a BP, reduced salt beans, cheese, gammon steak and grilled mushrooms. Simple and quick but definitely filled a hole
B: fruit and fibre milk
L: BP tuna salad
D : curry version, my take on cajun dirty rice, more keema I think

I think SW are a bit obsessed about Speed denise, in more ways than one! (pun intended)🤣 My consultant told me that the reason for having to wear flip flops isn't anything to do with coronavirus but to make sure they get through everyone quickly in the shortened sessions. Well done for scraping into target range, it's always a relief. I know you do some cooking in the motorhome but it's not the end of the world if you have some extra syns. It helps make it a bit of a holiday.
The very first day I went to SW, I didn't make up my mind until I'd already had breakfast. So, I've stuck to that ever since. I always have the same though, my lightest cereal breakfast.
They may never happen but I'm gradually booking up various treats for the next couple of months. Only things like lunch or theatre with meals out but they will all involve syns. SW will just have to fit round it all as best as I can. It's a way of life not a diet and life's very different at the moment. 😉

This show is in London in December bubbs. It may or may not happen depending on the level of restriction in place when it comes round.
You're not the only one missing the theatre. My friend tried to book us into a concert version of Les Miserables (also in London) but it sold out almost immediately, even when they added 2 extra weeks. We did get to one show but that was outdoors in August. We just keep trying. 😊0 -

I meant to say: when I made the mash tonight, I mixed potato, carrot and BNS. It was smooth and delicious and a lovely orangey colour and full of Speed. I've used the BNS roasted, in Bolognese and mashed this week. If they've got it in Aldi tomorrow I'll buy extra as it lasts well. 😊2
