Sorry PIB but it's not listed.  If you can post up the nutritional info then I'll put it through the syns estimate for you.  They've got quite a few of the Aldi meal kits listed including the Thai curries, but not that one, typical!

Just finished dinner and it was lovely.  Did more veg than I said this morning!  We had roasted carrots, roasted peppers, roasted onions, roasted butternut squash, cabbage, peas and broccoli.  Now sitting down with a cuppa.

3 pound loss, very pleased with that, my target is to lose 17 pounds before Christmas, I think that sounds a lot but it is 1-2 pounds a week. Very doable and its just a target I set myself not pressurising myself to get there though – this would take me into my fourth stone down, I wont have lost four stone so I hope that makes sense!

Made soup last night just a kind of throw it all together. Celery, onion, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower, garlic and stock and small amount of cheese whizzed through at the end. Its really tasty so that’s some lunches sorted for the week ahead

    B: fruit and fibre milk

L: Soup – not sure what with it

D : sausage and roasted veg BP

Well done klew.  I'd be pleased too with a 3lb loss, that's brilliant.  17lb by Christmas is a very doable target, as you say 1-2lb a week.  That's how I make a lot of my soups - just chuck it in.  Uses up any bits in the fridge.  I also make soups using frozen veg when I haven't got enough fresh.

Another horrible, grey day here but no plans to go out anywhere or do any washing!  I've soaked a load of dried beans overnight and now pressure cooking them ready to make dinner for tomorrow night which will be mixed bean goulash.  Have already made some passata with a load of home grown tomatoes that needed using up - what a palaver that was as I only grew cherry tomatoes!

    Anyway, today's plan:

    B - porridge; mixed frozen fruit - HEB; S
    L - cheese salad - HEA2; S
    D - LO roast chicken; chips, baked beans, pickles - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - none planned

Morning all!  Sorry to hear about your furry friend TIE, I know how difficult those decisions can be to make.
Well done on the loss klew!
Welcome kim - I have to say I go food shopping once a week and find that all the fruit and veg I buy lasts at least till the next shop things like green beans and broccoli and peppers and carrots.  To get extra speed in I'll grate a couple of carrots into a tomato based sauce like Bolognese etc and chuck frozen peppers into pretty much anything.  Grated courgette goes into my risottos and broccoli is good on the side of pretty much anything.  Hope that helps!

Happy to report a 0.4lb loss this week which has me average just over a lb a week for the last 3 weeks.  DH treated himself to a McDonalds breakfast this morning as we've had a bit of a nightmare this weekend with a leak in the house but I honestly didn't fancy anything and just had my overnight oats instead.  Haven't done a workout this morning because I didn't get much sleep but will go for a walk later on after I've finished work.  Having shakshuka for lunch today (and pretty much everyday this week as I have lots of eggs to use up!) and then stuffed peppers for dinner this evening.  Hope you all have a good day.

3 on for me  - I’ve not weighed for a couple of weeks but I can cope with that. I’m pretty much still out of action whilst I’m recovering from the op. We’ve got builders in and no functioning kitchen. Dh is working as well as trying to do everything else so we’ve had some convenience meals  I wouldn’t usually touch to make life is easier for him - plus he keeps bringing  cake home.....I have asked him to limit the cake to weekend from now on then we can have a treat. We have been out a couple of times to W sp00ns and I’ve not made the best choices 🙄 I will get back to some sort of routine and take control back as soon as I can. I really don’t want to put any more weight back on. But I’m not unduly worried as I’m not doing any exercise at all yet - I usually do a fair bit of walking and keep myself busy. I’ll get there again 👍
Sorry about the fury friend decision TIE - not an easy choice at all.
Thanks for keeping me focussed everyone. It’s great reading everyone’s food choices and seeing photos 👏👏

Well done on getting losses klew and ruby. So pleased for you.😁

At least you understand why you've had a gain milann. All you can do is your best until you get your kitchen sorted and your DH back under control!😉😁

Out of interest, why do you grate the veg to go into your sauces? I just chop things roughly. DH and I have got to enjoy our Bolognese packed with veg so much that I'd never go back to just mince, onion, tomatoes.

I've emailed SW this morning about that irritating message  (reminding me I have to go to WI within 8 weeks) on the app. If it appears every day for 4 weeks it'll drive me nuts. I'm not holding out much hope of a sensible answer any time soon but at least I tried.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- cold meat (P), fried potato (F), fried veg and beetroot (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), broccoli, mange tout, mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
    Syns- 0

Yes I found that really annoying too maman.  Do you also get the message about updating your card?  That finally went when I WI'd in this week.

Also my old fur baby is nearing the end, it’s that time where we decide are we keeping him going for our benefit instead of thinking about his quality of life 😢 🐾
