I've just had a look and can't see what meals are available with giving my email which I'm not prepared to do.  Let us know what meals you've got and we can help.

Is there any reason you can't cook from scratch and need to use companies like Hello Fresh?

Hello fresh is cooking from scratch.  It’s all unprocessed ingredients, weighed & measured into the recipe portion.
i don’t need help with hello fresh.
im looking for speed ideas when I don’t want to pop to the supermarket twice a week for fresh fruit, veg & salad.

I managed to click on ingredients for a few recipes. I think you'll have to be careful about adapting the recipes to SW but it could be done if you choose wisely. I read one that said add 'a glug of oil'. I'd swap that for Frylight.

Out of interest (aka nosiness), why are you doing SW this way? It does seem like quite healthy food and if you're eating this instead of junk then you'll probably lose weight but it seems more difficult to do SW this way than cook from scratch yourself when you control all the ingredients.
Hello fresh is cooking from scratch, I just have to be careful in my menu selections.
i like the convience of it.

I suspose those of you who are avoiding supermarkets are doing home deliveries.
i think my daughter does home deliveries, maybe I should ask can I tag along on hers.

That's a really good idea if you wouldn't buy enough for a delivery of your own.

As far as breakfast is concerned, you can't go far wrong with porridge or overnight oats if you like them. You could buy in frozen red fruits to go with it and up your Speed.

Personally I rarely eat other cereal for breakfast as don't find it filling enough. Mostly I have eggs in various ways.

Checked a few more recipes kim, there are odd ingredients like breadcrumbs and cornflour but as long as you allow for the syns then you can easily use them on SW. Good Luck. 😁

Me too!  We eat eggs in various forms for breakfast - Boiled, scrambled, fried.  Fried  breakfasts are great for a SW breakfast
