I'm sure it'll all blow over bubbs and they'll be back to their normal selves (whatever that is!). It's horrible to be the one in the middle, I know I've been there, years ago admittedly, when I was the one in the middle between my husband and my mum - that was truly awful but it did blow over quite quickly and they got on great after that.
Weighed this morning and I'm actually just back into target range (only by half lb but I'm happy with that). Thought about going to group but decided against it as I really need to do a proper shop this morning, only done a small top to last a couple of days on Monday. Also need to go to the butchers to get my low fat sausages and burgers for the freezer. Like to have the sausages for weekend breakfasts as we can't find a decent bacon that isn't full of water - even the bacon my butcher sells comes pre-packed and full of water!
Today's plan:
B - Porridge, grapes - HEB; F
L - Jacket potato, beans, salad
D - Fish pie, peas - P; S; F; 4
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge
Syns - cheese sauce 4; may have a couple of rums for 5

Bubbs, it will all blow over. Your DH was correct in saying it would re-route, but that still doesn't meant that the driver is not going to stress. I was driving back from Gatwick the other night and was so tired that I didn't pick up on the gantry signs saying that the M23 was closed at my junction, only twigged when I had to go on M25. My stress level went through the roof when the satnav was taking me on a very scenic route, so I ignored it, came off and took a roundabout exit sign posted to somewhere reasonably close to home, it then took me on a route which had a road closed. Cue panic as I had no idea where I was, so changed destination to office in the hope that would work, it did, but my stress level did not come down for a couple of hours, so don't worry, it will be forgotten.A smile costs little but creates much2

Morning all
Thanks , i have messaged her this morning and said hope we are not going to fall out over this? She said i am not falling out with anyone. I think what made it worse is dh is stressed to the hilt with work:( , was even saying before this he was going to go sick for a week, something he has NEVER done , but i know he will ask me if i rang her as he will expect me too , but i can honestly say no i have not, cause i haven't.
There is a lot of history between the 3 of us and my DH would do anything for her (within reason 😂) I know there is alot of history between me and her cause we are sisters, but i mean something that happened to her in 2002
Anyhow
Super organised today
Breakfast done, syn free
Cauli rice ready to egg fry and mayflower curry (4syns each) ready for tonight , just need to add mushrooms later
Left over lasagna for lunch
Got to pop out in abit so thought i'd use my time wisely

Thank you @joedenise the second one is the one I have actually gone for.
I have been stricter this week as I would like a bigger loss than a pound (which was Saturday) im sure I would loose more but let loose at the weekends lol.
I don’t frequent the shops in my town at the moment because they are small and at capacity with tourists. So I tend to go once a week about 20 miles from where I live, where there is a bigger selection of major supermarkets, I am also a morrisons girl and cant get away with the lidls and the aldis, purely cos I end up having to go elsewhere for bits. I do like some of there products however,
Todays meal plan:
B: fruit and fibre and milk
L: Heinz tom soup or a pot noodle ( I started really early this morning and grabbed from the cupboard )
D : Gammon steak, roasted onions, peppers, mushrooms, celery, in a tomato sauce
S: apple boiled egg
(love a boiled egg it’s the simple things! )

Afternoon all. Families can be the worst bubbs, but glad it seems to have blown over (been there with DH and his sister...) and there's nothing wrong with a boiled egg klew, but pickled eggs are a whole other matter
Having a busy day with work but no motivation to do any of it, oh well! Another work out ticked off the list, and a walk planned for this evening. Breakfast was more overnight oats, lunch was a halloumi salad again and dinner is the last bit of steak with potato and pepper hash and an egg on the side. Hope things have settled down Bubbs and well done on not letting it lead you astray eating wise 👏👏
I’ve been off plan this week. My birthday celebrations which started last weekend and a funeral followed by a meal yesterday. I was all set to get back on plan today with scrambled egg on toast for breakfast, soup and a sandwich for dinner. I’d planned salmon new potatoes and asparagus for tea......THEN I had a surprise delivery of an afternoon tea from a friend.....sandwiches, cream, scones and jam plus lemon drizzle cake and chocolate cake.....and there’s LOADS.....so salmon is staying in the fridge until tomorrow and we’re having the afternoon tea at teatime and probably tomorrow too.......
I weighed myself this morning and I’ve gone back to 9st 1 lb.....I’d dropped to 8st 13 a couple of weeks ago. But it’s better than the 10st 2 lb I was just before I went in hospital. I want to get to 8 1/2 stone.
I’m very spoiled re supermarkets....I have an Aldi, big Morrison’s and a B&M within a 5 minute walk. I can see the Morrison’s sign from my doorstep. In the town a couple of miles away - still in walking distance - but a good walk is a 24 hour Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s (but that is shutting soon) and a mile in the opposite direction is a Lidl. The downside is my local shopping street that used to have some lovely shops is now awful, pubs, betting shops, nail bars and charity shops. There used to be some lovely independent shops and it attracts some undesirables too so I avoid it now.January spends - £587.580 -
Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing ok. Bubbs, hope things get back to normal soon with your sis, these are strange times with a lot of people under stress, which can make us react or snap. Not easy
. Week going well here, eating between 8am-8pm, which then eliminates the late night snacking, which was a bad habit which had krept back in. Sneaky step on scales eventho it is only midweek, but numbers are going down, so mighty pleased. Had to dash over to MIL today, which took me past an Asda and picked up a few things I had seen mentioned but can now not find syn values for. First is the Lindahls Kvarg 150g, white choc flavour, second is same but raspberry flavour. They are fatfree but not sure if these are low syn, please advise. Also got a free strawberry Skyr via Shopmium but will give to OH, am sure it is more than 1 syn. After all that they had run out of the Jam & Toast tea
. But did manage to get Vegemite finally, lot of SMs have stopped selling it, we prefer its consistency over Marmite.

PIB - syn values below:
Lindahls Kvarg 150g, white choc - 0.5 syn
Lindahls Kvarg 150g, Raspberry 0.5 syn
Skyr 150g - strawberry 1.5 syn
Skyr 450g - strawberry 5 syns
The Skyr isn't too bad but as you say more than 1 for the pot but might be worth it but I've no idea because I've never had it!

Evening all
Thanks everyone, it's not all blown over yet but she was ok with me on message, i said to dh tonight don't you think you ought to speak to her as you swore at her but i know she told you to f off 😂 He said i will but not tonight.
It has all blown up at work today, not him 2 others so the stress levels are out the ceiling 🙄
Milann, if i had strayed off i would have scoffed everything so the best plan was to do what i did
PIB , glad you have managed to stay on plan , it will show on the scales 😁😁
Here was tea cooked, just hexb for garlic bread and 4 syns for mayflower

. But on the upside, DS who finished his degree earlier this year (no ceremony
) has found a job! Internship working from home for now
, nothing is normal! He can save up with no commute and no rent to pay at home, and if things work out, move out and find flat w/GF.
