It's strange what people rave about in groups denise . When I used to go to taster sessions regularly I was amazed how people would IMO waste syns trying to make cakes and puddings. 🤔
Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit (F), bacon, fried eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L - JP (F), veggie chilli (P, S), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- corned beef hash (P, F, S) cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes (S), HEA 2 Parmesan
Syns - corned beef 1.5, horseradish 1, HP sauce 1
Unless I eat anything else tonight I'll finish the week with 9.5 syns left. 😉0 -
Absolutely agree maman. They don't even taste like cake so I don't even bother with them! I end up making the same thing every time because I get moaned at if I don't! It got to the stage where as soon as the consult said tasters next week several would say to me hope you're making falafels! so that's what I make. I don't mind as I like them too so I always make enough to have some at home too.
I've still got Ryvita & Primula Light to have this evening as only had half of each so far today, although if I fancy something sweeter I can always have another 20g of Honey Monster and eat them like popcorn LOL.0 -
At least with the Covid arrangements there shouldn't be taster sessions! Hooray! 😁☺️1

Anyone got any wise words? i need them could cry 😥 sis came for tea which was fine, was having a good convo then she said she was coming home from her friends last night and the rd was closed and had no idea how to get home, so she rang her friend and she directed her, DH said why didnt you use sat nav? she said i did but kept sending me the same way to closed rd. He said you should have just ignored it and then it would have picked it up. She then said it wouldn't anyway what would you know you don't drive 🙈 he then gets ratty and said i know i don't effin drive but i know that's what it does, she was adamant it wouldn't, he said it would. I said stop arguing and she said im not arguing but like i said you don't drive!
He says trouble is you always have to be right 🙄
Then she said i am going before we fall out, thanks for tea, i said don't go she said no i am and off she went
Here was dinner and tea

Oh dear bubbs. What an awful thing to happen and poor you stuck in the middle. I'm sure things will calm down. It sounds like getting lost stressed her and she wanted sympathy. Your DH is right, of course. My DH loves ignoring the satnav as she often talks nonsense. She soon thinks again and has another go. Hopefully things will be better in the morning. 🙂2
