Draw the line GTQ and get straight back on plan.  As I said earlier if it goes on quick it'll come off quick!

This isn't my consultant but she lost her weight at the same group as me. She now runs her own group which I sometimes go to on a  Friday. Sadly, she's now put a lot of the weight back on.

I only ever do weigh a go  on a Friday so I've never head how/why she's lapsed but it does make me wonder.

I don't know who's been watching the Jamie Oliver programme but he did a lovely looking slaw last night. Just a mix of veg with yogurt and wholegrain mustard. It looked yummy.

I didn't bother to eat in town so I had a late lunch when I got home.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked bean's (F), fried egg, bacon (P). HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- veggie omelette (P.S), ha (P), beetroot (S)
D- baked cod (P), colcannon style mash (F,S), tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, cauli steak (S)
    Syns- 0

Oh I have! Not holding out much reversal for this week's weigh, but anything better than nothing.  I did enjoy the food though, so worth the gain :)

That's the main thing GTQ that you enjoyed the food!  You'll soon shift whatever you've put on.

It's really annoying if you've wasted syns on food you haven't enjoyed - which has happened to me a few times whilst on holiday and at the weekend when my friend bought fish & chips.  Still line drawn and on plan.  Going to weigh at home Thursday and see where I am.  Not going back to group until next week though.

Wish I could get some bargains like that bubbs!  Paid 90p for my small cauliflower at local farm shop, still cheaper than Morries though!

I got YS salmon fillets and lamb steaks today in Asda. They were half price. Extortionate compared with bubbs bargains. 🤣
I just checked up on my syns. I have 13 left for tomorrow and only need 2.5 for my corned beef hash so it's been a better week than I thought. 😇
