JD - I discovered Canterbury a couple of years ago when my dd moved to a lovely seaside town about a twenty minute drive from there. It reminds me so much of York. I’d never visited Kent until she moved there- I’m enjoying exploring when we visit her. I’d happily move there, but couldn’t leave family here 🤔

Dinner - picky plate - ham, beef, tomato, cucumber, radish, carrot, cheese 1/2 hea, hummus. Banana
    tea - sausage casserole leftovers - ? 4 syns.

    Afternoon all,
I am off work this week and OH and I out & about a bit. Currently in Leicester running an errand, but we are looking to go away from Weds to Saturday PM so will check in as & when I can. We should have been in tenerife right now, so instead of 2 weeks off we are having 1, but I said to him yesterday why don’t we find a cheap break and just get away, so that’s what we are doing. Currently considering going to Exeter and being able to have some days out around there. Unfortunately the weather is about to turn for the cooler and wetter, but SW looks to be the safest bet for dry days from what I can see.
    Plan today:
    b - wm toast HEB &spread (3)
l - lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, chicken, dressing (2); sf jelly (0.5) melon & mango, cream (2)
d - not decided yet but maybe a stir fry.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

  • Afternoon All!  Glad to see you back maman.  Haven't caught up on the last 10 pages you've all racked up while I took a week off.  The break from work was much needed but I'm definitely struggling to get my head back into work today!  We didn't really do much with our time off, had the odd day trip (Bournemouth and Blenheim Palace) and then just relaxed at home.

I've really not been on plan for the last 3 weeks if I'm honest and weighing in this morning, I'm now a stone heavier than I was this time last year.  I'm going back to basics but might not be posting all my meal plans here as I don't want to put too much pressure on myself but will be tracking syns etc myself.  I'm also going back to the regular workouts and will try to focus on the way my body is changing rather than purely on the number on the scale as that depresses me even more sometimes.  I've taken some photos this morning and some measurements and may just weigh in once a month (I was jumping on the scale everyday at one point...)

Had some nice porridge with banana for breakfast, followed by a turkey stir fry for lunch and then we're having pork medallions with a mushroom sauce and lots of green veg.

Hope you're all having a good day.

Well done on your loss klew. 👏👏👏
I'm glad you found something good to do despite missing proper holidays sary and Ruby. I think last minute has to be the way to go.

My back has improved through the day so should be OK to drive tomorrow. I've done some savoury rice for a rice salad so will just buy coffee when I have a break.

Don't put yourself under pressure ruby. You could keep a food diary. I find writing it down really helpful. 😊
