Don't think most chargers are that expensive it's just that DH bought me a MacBook Air a few years ago and I think all Apple products are way overpriced! I still need a Windows laptop as well for a couple of applications I use which I can't use the MacBook for which is really annoying that I can't use this laptop. I actually had to buy a cheap Windows laptop just for a couple of things including my budget app! I could use this laptop until it updated about 6 months ago and then my budget app stopped working. Something to do with it being a 32 bit application and the Apple updated is now a 64 bit!

TakeItEazy said:I’m so bloated 🤢 which explains the gain of 1.5 as still got issues and not much appetite 🙁. Got an ‘emergency’ hospital appointment for end of OCTOBER 😳 hope I last that long as feeling so drained (literally 🥴) and awful 🥺

Tie - if it gets bad phone out of hours and I’m sure they’ll see you sooner. Take care.
Glad you enjoyed York JD. We often go for the day - it’s about an hour and a half from here, and when we had the caravan used to stay in the Caravan Club site right in the centre. We haven’t actually made it there this year between the floods there, COVID and being busy caring for a relative - think it’ll be next year now the way things are going.I weighed myself this morning- lost a pound so am now in the stone bracket I want to be 😀 I still think I’ll put some back on once I improve health wise as my muscle had just gone to total flab 😳 I’m eating sensibility though so will have to see what happens long term 😄
Hope your back is better today mamanJanuary spends - £587.582 -
Thanks milann. Don't blame you visiting York fairly regularly if it's close by. It's a bit like us with visiting Canterbury as that's only an hour away for us.
Good that you're now in the stone bracket where you want to be. When you're exercising a bit you'll tone up and as long as you're eating sensibly the weight will still come off.
Planning an on plan day today:
B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F
L - toasted cheese sandwich - HEA; HEB; 2
D - Spanish rice - chicken, chorizo, rice, paprika, onion - P; S; F; 3.5
HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - butter 2; chorizo 3.5; 2 x rum or Pimms (not decided which yet!) 5 or 6 depending on which I have
