    Afternoon,
yesterday was busy but on plan. I worked late so had no idea what I would have when I got him, but thank goodness for leftovers eh?
    Yest. Plan:
    b - porridge HEB with water & milk from HEA1, sugar (2)
L - LO tomato & chicken pasta with Parmesan HEA2
D - LO mash, Chicken thighs & baked beans.
    Suns - 1x Lindt chocolate (2)
Low on speed but at least it’s low on syns

Lovely day for drying the washing on the line, but the wind makes me a bit tetchy because I have long curly hair & it blows over my face and up in the air which I find really irritating. If I go in the garden I will be pinning it up out of the way.  I Have the next week off work so plan to get some gardening & tidying up done as it’s forecast to be dry.

Today is a bit of a fluid plan as I’ve not decided on what we will have for dinner:
B - got up too late, but had rich tea biscuits with my morning coffee in bed (6)
    L - bacon sandwich HEB ketchup (1)
D - steak, salad & sw chips with lf dressing (2)

now to remember to get the steak out of the freezer  ;)
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

I’m so bloated 🤢 which explains the gain of 1.5 as still got issues and not much appetite 🙁. Got an ‘emergency’ hospital appointment for end of OCTOBER 😳 hope I last that long as feeling so drained (literally 🥴) and awful 🥺

Have a good weekend all 🥺
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Oh dear TIE, so sorry to hear you are still feeling so poorly.  An emergency appointment in 6 weeks time is ridiculous!  Hope you feel better soon.

It was clean jeans day today and think I must be at top end of target, if not out of it as jeans were definitely very tight this morning, but definitely loosened up during the day!  Thank goodness for that as they were a bit uncomfortable first thing!

Been in to York today.  What a lovely city but so busy and so many people about.  Ate out again but not that impressed, both mine and DH's meat was overcooked and almost inedible certainly not worth the money although they did reduce the bill when we complained about it.

Meal was off plan but what a waste of syns!  The starter was good though so at least I had something nice - had baked filled mushrooms, tomatoes & salad leaves/rocket.

Managed to get my new charger - couldn't believe how expensive it was!  £79 for a bit of wire & plug!  Still at least my laptop's working again!

Hope you've al had a good day.

So pleased you have an appointment tie, but how crazy that it's so far away. ☹️ Could you call the secretary and plead for a cancellation or something? 🤔

Ouch to the price of the charger denise. I had no idea they were so expensive. ☹️ Pleased you're back online though. 😁

I've had horrible back pain today. Not had it since November though. I hope it  goes away soon. DH cooked my lunch, bless him. 😍 I'm sure wine will help this evening. 😉

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit (F), bacon, fried egg (P}, tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
    L- veggie omelette (P, S}, ham (P), beetroot (S}
D- Aldi Slimwell curry (P, S), SW chips, HM pilau (F)
    Syns - curry 1, weekend wine 🍷😁
