Sorry misunderstood bubbs, thought you were talking about the crustless bread you can buy!  I always think it's a con as it's usually more expensive than crust on bread!

Morning all.  Was a bit grey this morning but the sun's shining now and it's lovely and warm.  Just having a cuppa then walking into town for our lunch!  Not sure what to have but it might be the salmon as that looked to be another good option, comes with herby boiled potatoes & veg.

Hoping we're not still full by dinner time as need to use the chicken breasts which we were supposed to have had last night but were too full.  Will cook them anyway even if we don't have them tonight and we can have them with some salad tomorrow.

I never buy the crustless bread and usually weight 60g of wholemeal bread and keep cutting away until I’m there.
I’m quite pleased with my eating - I’ve had a few treats but mainly eaten free foods. I’m still at 9 st 1/2lb. I was 10 st when I went in hospital. I’d like to get to 8 1/2 stone. It’ll be a few weeks until I can drive to group - hopefully I’ll do it.... I suppose once I get a bit more mobile I can work on it.

I'm sure you can and will do it milann. Go girl!! 😊 I'm not sure whether mobility is an issue for cooking or shopping or going to group but don't worry abut exercise. If you get back on plan, you'll lose even without exercise. Honest! I'm not knocking exercise. I think it's brilliant for feel good and suppleness but it really isn't essential for SW.

Hope your lunch went well denise and you enjoyed the seafood restaurant just as much. 😊 I loved your comments yesterday about shifting the budgets around. I'm not surprised you're so successful with SW, you're so organised.

Hope your tea isn't long bubbs, wouldn't want you to fade away from hunger. 🤣 How's your sister today?

It's the start of a new week for me so 105 syns back in the bank.  Maintaining is good enough for me at the moment but I'll follow the plan whenever I can.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F)<,HEB porridge, HEA1 milk
    L- turkey slices (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), beetroot (S)
D- SW Bolognese (P,S) with pasta (f) and HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns-0

I'm about the weight Milann is aiming for but it's almost top of my target range (target is 8st 5lb so range is 8st 2lb-8st 8lb) but I'm only 5'1" tall so if I was any heavier I'd be quite rotund, LOL!

Lunch was great again today Maman but overall I think the sea bass was better than the salmon.  It came with a mediterrean sauce so I asked for the recipe and it's really simple - just courgette, onion, tomatoes & some chilli all simmered together then whizzed in the liquidiser.  It was really tasty so will definitely be making that but I'll probably add garlic as well to mine.  She said she doesn't because some people don't like it!  I succumbed to sticky toffee pudding & clotted cream ice cream though!  Have to say it's the best tasting one I've had for a very long (since before SW and I've been doing that for 10 years!) - it was so light.

Think we'll have to stop eating out quite so much once the holiday is over!  Think we'll probably eat out once at each of the places where we'll be staying over the next couple of weeks.  We're off to a campsite near York tomorrow morning.  Looking forward to visiting York.  I'm ashamed to say I've never been and both my girls lived in Yorkshire for several years!

What's for dinner then bubbs?  You didn't say.  We're just going to have some Ryvita & cheese probably or maybe a sandwich see what we fancy.  Not hungry at the moment - what a surprise!

"See you tomorrow" assuming we can get a signal at the new campsite!
