Was going to be a Green day today but have decided we'll probably eat out at lunchtime so we'll see - might see if I can get a jacket & beans with salad.

    B - cheese omelette - HEA2; P
    L - eating out
    D - mixed bean goulash/rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
HEB - none planned but maybe some Ryvita this evening if I'm peckish (rather than biscuits!)
    Syns - none planned

Have you tried it yet?  I tried it on something I bought whilst I've been away and was pleased to find I could have it within syns (which means I can have pizza at home using the Mr Ts pizza base mix - 13.5 syns for half a 14" pizza!).
No, not yet, I'll take it for a wander around the kitchen later and try it out. 🤣

I probably ended up over syns yesterday although I didn't eat again after lunchtime so portions were low across the day. I'll just be as good as I can until Thursday and then reset.

I seem to be drowning in leftovers! I had lots of veg from Sunday but as we were out yesterday I still have plenty and more to come tonight. I could cook less but I do enjoy them. My plan is to make some bubble & squeak 'cakes' and freeze them for future use.
I always allow a generous 4 syns for HM gravy to include the cornflour and any fat that's with the meat juices.  Meant to say that beetroot (vacuum packed) is in Aldi Super 6 at the moment. I bought some this week and will buy more on Friday. Also, I popped into a (new) Lidl and they had branded Frylight at 2 for £2 so I stocked up on that too as it has a long date (April 2021)

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk
L- cold pork (P), 2 fried potatoes (F), fried veg and beetroot (S)
D- lamb steaks (P), mash (F), carrots, cauli, broccoli, cabbage (S)
    Syns- HM gravy 4

    Afternoon all

Beanie, no it's not right her consultant does not like her, she didn't get it before when she should have, i said i would swap groups!

Well what a day 🙄 my sister rings me at 7.45 crying, in agony, she was walking the dogs when someone else's dog knocked her over :( she hurt her ankle/leg/hip, i toldher to ring 111 as don't know if you can just turn up at a & e, they wanted to send ambulance, she said i am not having another one 🤣🤣 so she asked what happened last week, so she explained.  In the meantime i am going over to hers
Said could we get to Corby for 9.30? es we could, will be quicker she says than sitting at A& E, well she finally got seen at 11.45!! she went to the desk in the end as heard someone say 4 hrs!! The receptionist said you were a 111 patient and should have been seen ages ago!
had to wait in the car as well 🙄so got back to hers gone 1, quick cuppa, made her a temp step as it was too deep out of the conservatory for her, leave hers in time to pick dh up!
But luckily nothing broken, but they said she is going to hurt a damn sight more tomorrow, i was starving 🤣 luckily i had just bought some satsumas and grapes so ate them 😂😂

Is that a ready made pizza?  I was quite impressed with the Tesco pizza base mix and it was fairly cheap too at 65p and just need to mix with water so it's good for the motorhome.  I can just use my fingers to push out the base into my big frying pan.  Will be easier at home as could use the rolling pin.  I tried rolling it in the frying pan using a bottle of Worcester sauce but could only do part of it so I used used my fingers to get it to the edges.

Hope your sister is OK.  I bet she'll be black and blue tomorrow.

maman I bought a couple of the Frylight in Lidl the other day as well.  Thought I had enough in the motorhome but it was getting low so picked them up.  I picked up a couple when I did a shop shortly before we came away for home so could have put one of those if I'd realised.

Couldn't get a jacket at lunchtime so I ended up with a slow cooked beef & onion bap - was very nice but quite synful for the bap!  Also had a couple of Pimms & lemonade so more syns there too but it's all good 'cos I'm on holiday!

I tried my app earlier. It worked fine on the bar codes. Unfortunately all it is, is an easy way of looking up the syns online without typing it in. It could be useful in a shop with new products.
Sadly when I scanned the Tesco instant potato flakes it still says 26 syns! How can that possibly be true for potato and hot water!!
