    Small world bubbs. 😉

Food looks delicious as usual. I wouldn't count the couscous either. It's like the instant potato for KFC. If you put it through the syns estimator it comes out really low at 0.5 syns for 100g but they say it's massively synful on the food search . Somehow the 120g pack becomes 26 syns when you add water! I think it's nonsense.

We had a nice meal. I felt we should do something to celebrate despite Covid . Loads of family and friends have phoned and DD will call round later. I made wise choices at lunch but some syns. Prawn and avocado starter followed by trout with giant couscous mixed with roast vegetables. Plus glass of wine, of course. 😉

When you got the scanner did it just appear automatically? I can't see it on the app.

maman you need to update your app to get the scanner.  It may be that you haven't been updated yet but you won't know until you update!  It's quite good.  I've used it on a few things but you do need a steady hand to get the barcode in focus!

Well done beanie on the loss.

I'm with you bubbs I wouldn't syn the couscous either even though it's a tweak.  It would be free normally.

It's been a really hot day today, had to keep moving out of the sun as it was too hot but not going to complain!
