    I think that's very likely beanie. ☹️

Our sweet and sour chicken was delicious. I'm upping the syns to 4 for the sauce as I used more tinned pineapple than usual. It was worth it though. 😋

Meant to say I made a lovely wee yummy soup for my lunch yesterday.
    Broccoli, courgette & butter beans.
Gave it a quick blitz & it was very yummy

Well I paid for my 6 weeks back at sw - I was raring to get going ......and life got in my way again. At least it’s on hold until I can drive there again.
i ended up in hospital for 10 days after some pretty extreme stomach surgery. So I’ve lost virtually a stone.....not the recommended way to do it. I’m beginning to eat again but I’m trying to stay on plan as I could easily fall into eating junk food. I like the sw food, I’ve still only got a tiny apppetite so I plan to  get to target in a healthy way from now on . I know I’ll probably gain weight from what I am atm now I’ve started eating again.
ive just caught up on the thread - there’s some lovely food being posted. I couldn’t quite believe what I’d read about Maman - as I’ve found her so supportive and I’m pleased to see her back 👋

The weather isn't too bad bubbs, it's warm but not sunny so not sitting out at the moment.  DH is fishing again so I suspect he'll want another cup of tea soon as it must be all of an hour since I made him one!

Sorry to hear you haven't been well milann and glad you're on the road to recovery.  Good luck with sticking to plan and getting to target.  As bubbs says contact your consultant they should be able to sort something out - you shouldn't have to pay because you're poorly.  When I was poorly a few years back my consultant just put me down as authorised absence so I didn't have to pay back weeks.

Don't think any of us could believe maman had been banned but great that she's back again.

Having a completely on plan day today!!!

    B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F
    L - sweet chilli noodles with salad bits - F; S; 3
    D - steak, fried up potatoes, mushrooms, onions - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - none planned
Syns - sweet chilli sauce 3; couple of rums 5

    Have a good day everyone.

Good to have you back milann.
How much do you need to loose in total?
I am hoping for another loss tomorrow.
Had a bit of an off track day yesterday so we will see.

That's certainly not the way to lose weight milann but pleased to hear you're up and about again. I think you're right that eating SW food is best for you. Aside from the weightloss it's  the healthy option. 😊

I'm playing it by ear  this week, doing a 'good when I can' like denise. It's DH's birthday tomorrow and now I know I don't have to go to WI for 8 weeks, we'll be able to eat out and not worry about the menu. A bit eggy again today but it's what I fancy and no leftovers in the fridge!🤣

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), fried egg, bacon (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), ham (P), pickles (S)
D- JO roast pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, swede, red cabbage, green/white cabbage, cauli and broccoli (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wine😁

Well we have been in the garden , but it's REALLY hot
I have picked beans, got my potatoes out of pots and picked blackberries  we go onto a farmers field and the whole hedgerow behind our fence is blackberries , my arms are all cut with the brambles 🙄 need to get the steps out to reach more.

Don;t think we are having a roast, i will freeze the beans and think we will have a chicken salad, just boiled a load of eggs  i am going to make some coleslaw as well 😋😋
