    EVening all,
Sorry to hear Maman isn't able to post.  Is a ban permanent?  Seems so odd!

Have had a slight impromptu lunch out today, so that's my syn count for a few days shot!  Hey ho.

Quick hop on the scales today shows a 3lb loss (but I had gained some :( ) so I'm calling that a levelling out and undoing the damage our few days off had caused.

Back on full plan tomorrow, and have been to Lidl to stock up on syn free goodies and staples.  I feel so much better when there's a plan for me to work with, and SW friendly food to hand.

I always find planning is key to losing weight.

Having a bacon sandwich for breakfast, no mushrooms so just bacon!

Morning all, echoing the thoughts about maman, it does seem very strange.

Having a bit of a down time at the moment which is making me binge eat at the weekends, hence a 3 lb gain this week.  I've realised that I haven't had a proper break from work since October last year so having next week off can't have come at a better time.  Hoping to just reset myself this week and see what happens, making healthy choices but also not putting too much pressure on myself either.

B - FF greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries
L - Lentil and carrot soup, pitta bread (HEB)
D - Chicken stuffed with cheese (HEA) and bacon, sw chips and salad

2.5lbs off, 1 stone 1.5 off in total, four weeks. Happy with that. Have had a good weekend and stayed on plan for most of it. Went to a friends for afternoon tea, there was cheesecake involved. Yum! Back on track this week. I might bring the weigh in forward to Friday morning as I am having friends round on Friday night, cheese biscuits etc and drink lol. Im gunna let my hair down as I haven’t had a drink since end of may, I actually couldn’t believe it when I realised!

    Todays plan

    B: fruit and fibre, milk

L: BP, tuna, celery, cucumber, onion, nat FF yog, pickled onions. Blob of mayo.

T: Either – Mwakway HM chicken curry, with peppers, onions and mushrooms, or SW best ever Bolognese with pasta, I batch cooked yesterday

S: apple, banana – poss freddo at some point!

Funnily enough I have chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped with bacon on the menu plan for this week but not sure what day yet as DH keeps picking different things up for dinner when we go shopping so the chicken is still in the freezer!

Well done klew on a great loss. You're doing well.

Had corned beef salad for lunch and having chilli and rice for dinner tonight.  We're on the Sandringham Estate at the moment for a few days.  Planning on walking up to the local social club this evening (about a mile) to have a drink but will try not to have to much as of course will have to walk back again and the roads are dark as no street lighting and no paths either!

hi all, hope you will not mind me posting again, just to say in case no one here saw it that the "we love maman" thread is up and running here ... if people would like to post on it, that would be great - we don't really know why she has been banned but it certainly can't hurt to say that we don't think it should be permanent (or even long-lasting) :) and either way if she does happen to be reading at least she can see that we miss her. :)
