I had one less sausage last night than I usually would, that’s a win in my eyes lol
I think that it is a BP with cheese and beans at lunchtime and LO sausage and roasted veg etc etc tonight or maybe made into a pasta dish, not sure yet – weigh in tomorrow eeek would love the one stone award

Thanks for letting us know about maman. Really can't believe she's been banned. She has been such a supportive person on this thread and also posting here regularly for a long time.

Yes having a lovely break thank you bubbs. I can't see how anything maman would have posted could have upset anyone. A kinder, more helpful person on these threads I can't think of.

Today has actually been completely on plan! What a difference eating in the motorhome makes, LOL!
B - LO potatoes fried up; fried egg, beans
L - LO boiled bacon sandwich - HEB + 2
D - Spanish rice - chicken, chorizo, onion, rice, stock - P; S; F; 3.5
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - butter 2; chorizo 3.5; 2 rum & ginger beer 5
Have PM'd maman but no idea whether she'll be able to read it. Hope she can so she knows she's missed on the boards. Perhaps she'll come back with a new name and email address!!!

Curry was good.
