I don't like SC casserole either bubbs.  Much prefer one cooked in the oven, always tastes so much nicer.  Most SC meals seem pretty tasteless.  The only things I use the SC for these days is batch cooking:  braised red cabbage, savoury mince, whole chicken, pulled pork.

Morning all.  I think the only thing I've ever successfully cooked in the SC is either pulled pork, ribs or a whole chicken.  Anything else just ends up too watery for my liking.

Had a lovely walk after work yesterday where the weather was perfect - not too hot and not too cold.  Wonder how long I can keep up the daily walks as the weather turns.

B - Porridge (HEB and 1/2 HEA unsweetened almond milk), strawberries
L - Vegetable stir fry, miso soup
D - Sausage and mash (2 syns), broccoli, cauliflower and gravy (2 syns)

Lost 3 pounds this week, that’s 13 in three weeks, im happy with that, id like to keep plodding away with a couple of pounds each week but will see what happens, for a bank holiday I didn’t eat too bad at all, I had a morrisons breakfast on Saturday – white toast with butter is so underrated – was lovely that, coudltn finish the breakfast and with a drink it was all under 3 quid

    Today meal plan

B – fruit and fibre, milk
L – pasta salad - pasta, celery, sweetcorn, cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper with either chicken or tuna with a natural fat free yoghurt/mayo mixture. Not sure yet. The pasta and bits are prepped just not the dressing.
D – BP, with ham, cheese and pineapple, salady bits again or some veggies

    S: melon, apple
