Morning all, hope you all had a good bank holiday weekend. Hope you have a nice holiday denise and welcome back beanie.
Reporting half a pound on this week when I weighed yesterday (it's star week so time for the massive bloating that goes along with it!) Just keeping active and drinking all the water and peppermint tea I can to try and counteract it.
B - Porridge (HEB & 1/2 HEA unsweetened almond milk), blueberries
L - Stir fry veg, miso soup
D - Mushroom risotto (1/2 HEA parmesan), side salad
S - Latte (1/2 HEA oat milk)

Afternoon all
Dinner was carrot and coriander soup, followed by melon 😋
Breakfast was odd...........3 boiled eggs but i was out so took them with me 😂
