Morning all, not very nice here as we've had quite a bit of rain overnight.  Seems to be clearing a bit now and quite windy.  Have got another machine load of washing on.  Will see what the weather looks like when it's finished and decide whether to hang it out on the line or just get the clothes horse out and hang on there.

Beanie do take care.  Don't drink all the raspberry gin and orange smarties at once - you'll be way over syns, LOL!

Going a bit off plan today as have some pizza dough which needs using up as it's been in the freezer for ages!  So today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
    L - smoked haddock souffle, salad - P; S; F
    D - HM pizza - P; S; HEA2; syns?

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
Syns - sausages 2; pizza will need to work out but will have P & S foods on the top!

WI with STS 🤷🏼‍♀️ Been so good but numbers don’t move 😤 clothes loose though!
So tired, will be more tired when I go back next week than I was before we broke up 😴.

Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well done TIE; STS is better than a gain.  As your clothes are looser you've probably lost inches which is great as well.

Take it easy until you go back and try to get some extra rest so you're not as tired.  Are you having trouble sleeping or is it that you might be anaemic?  Perhaps up your iron a bit - plenty of spinach, eggs & liver (if you can manage it, I know a lot of people can't but I like it but don't have it very often!).

Just back from the shop - had to pop out to get some mozzarella for the pizza as hadn't got any in the freezer!  Bought an extra one to freeze.

  • TIE, I was looking at my book and the last time I lost 2lb or over, was 18 months ago, I was shocked, I know my loss is slow, but I suppose it is pretty steady, so take heart in an STS.

Dinner last night was fab, thoroughly enjoyed it, but was a tad thin on speed. Same problem ahead tonight, so eating fruit today like it is going out of fashion, so that I get some speed in. Although, I balsamic tomatoes with spinach this morning, SlimmingEats recipe, was lush, so hopefully, by the end of the day I won’t have done too badly, then go back on track properly tomorrow.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

    Evening everyone
What miserable weather! My luck turned at the bingo last night thankfully- I won the last house, the biggest, plus I called on my Pot of Gold number so I doubled the money I won. I badly need to pay for my next course of driving lessons and was really worried about where the money was coming from so it’s a massive relief.
I’ve officially switched to being an online member. I’ve left my group Facebook page and asked my consultant to cancel my WI slot for Monday. She was fine about it- I think it was because I had warned her I was going to and explained why. I’ve had a bit of a poke round the website but I have the book and the app, plus I know what I’m doing so I’m all good to go. Did my shopping today, it was just unfortunate I had run out of everything at once! I managed to get most of it. I’ve had real problems getting Nando’s sauce and the jalapeño Tabasco I like to use in my bolognaises. I ordered some off Amazon, the price was ridiculous but at least I’ve managed to get some. I’ve told OH he’s not allowed to touch the Nando’s sauce under any circumstances :D I’m away tomorrow evening so I’m wondering if I should take it with me :D:D
    Today’s food:
B: HEXB Alpen Light x 2, cup of decaf coffee with HEXA
L: SW Chinese Banquet ready meal, mixed veg, water
T: 1 x chicken fillet stuffed with black pudding, 1 x Italian chicken fillet (1 syn in total) couscous (0.5) salad with f/f vinaigrette. Halo Top Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Bar (5) Wine syns :D (7)
S: Packet of Hula Hoops Pufts (3.5) Fridge Raiders (3)
    Syns: 19
Hope everyone is well and staying dry xx

Morning all!  Very windy here today so the bedding shouldn't take too long to dry, as long as it stops wrapping itself round the line!  Keep having to go out and pull it down!

Have DD1; DGD & boyfriend, coming over this afternoon.  Hopefully I can offload some of the fresh peas and tomatoes from the garden on to them!  Any that are left will need to be frozen as there's no way we can use them all before we go away!  Will take some with us but not that many.

    Today's plan:

B - sausages & bacon in 1/4 baguette - 14.5 syns (well worth it was lovely!)
    L - stuffed pointy pepper, salad - HEA2; S; F
D - SC Boiled bacon, carrots, onions, potatoes, peas, French beans - P; S; F (stock will be used for pea and ham soup which will be frozen for later in the year)

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
HEB - none planned (unless I use 6 syns to offset the baguette, LOL!)

Have a good day everyone and hope you've had a good weekend.

A maintain is good when you've been off plan!  It's a definite I'll take that and run!!!

It's very quiet on here lately.  Haven't seen maman for a couple of days either.  Hope you're alright.
