    Morning all.  Those chicken thighs look good bubbs as does your dinner, sorry tea :lol:

    Grey and rainy here today but still going to go for my walk later.  Appear to have got myself into a routine which is nice after months of not knowing what day of the week it is.  Went a bit over my syns and ate a few cookies last night (I blame the hormones!) and fee la bit bleugh this morning because of it.  Drawing a line and carrying on though!


    B - Porridge (HEB & 1/2 HEA unsweetened almond milk), strawberries
    L - Stir fry veg, miso soup
    D - Potato hash with onion, peppers, carrots and a poached egg

    Morning all,

    Low syn day yesterday which I felt was needed, only synned some mayonnaise which I had mixed with the pasta and salad bits

     

    Im a little sick of chicken and mince however so today im mixing it up a little,

     

    B: fruit and fibre, milk

    L: tuna, BP, boiled egg, sweetcorn, nat ff yog and mayo mix

    T: sausages (4 s each) roasted speed veg ( peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgette) LO sweetcorn

    S: pineapple, apple
