Of course we don't mind you posting again!  I've already posted on the thread @cathybird.  Would be great to see maman back again.  I really can't see any reason why she would have been banned.  She is probably one of the most helpful, sensible people I've come across on MSE!

Wow! way to go Beanie, well done!
Well done to Klew also, what a fab loss over the past month.  Safe to say I'm a tad jealous as a usually slow loser.

Denise I hope you enjoy your evening.  It's a nice part of the world, is the lavender still out in the area?  We regularly pop over to Hunstanton in the evenings and drive past the Sandringham estate and the nearby lavender farm.

We had the stuffed chicken, although my cheese melted and oozed out   it was very yummy though.
I had an extra snack during the afternoon of a fat free greek yogurt (1)  I'm so busy in work when I get there that it's easier to have small snack type food.  I am having to make myself eat before I leave the house, which is a bit too early for me to really want to eat, so I'm struggling a bit with that.  If I don't eat enough I am then starving by the time I finish work and that's when I could be tempted to eat the wrong thing, but I am aware of it, and working to avoid it.  I am trying to work harder at avoiding triggers to eat the wrong food.  I have noticed my appetite is different since I had Covid19 too, but like so many who have had it, the knock-on effects are still working their way through.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Morning all.  Well done on the losses beanie and klew.  I have no idea what's going on with me as I'm putting weight on but today I'm wearing a dress I haven't been able to get into before...guess it's just the exercise making my body retain water?  Oh well.

B - FF Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries
L - Lentil and carrot soup, pitta bread (HEB)
    D - Haddock chowder (1/2 HEA)
    S - HM brownie (7.5 syns)

Realise I'm essentially having soup twice today but I really had a craving for chowder this week so making it on the hubby's fast days.  Hope you all have a good day.

Thanks everyone, I have a lot to lose but did secretly want to lose a stone in a month so I’m pleased. I’m happy to keep chipping away at it slow and steady,

My appetite is definitely shrinking ! had the SW best ever Bolognese last night with pasta and a sprinkling of cheese. I added mushrooms to finish the punnet off and a little less carrot and it was lovely. Got 2 curries and 2 Bolognese in the freezer for emergencies. Tonight I am spinning which means I end up going a long time between lunch and dinner. Because I am busy walking dog, working, and spinning I don’t feel hungry. I have prepared a salad of lettuce, toms, cucumber, pepper, pickled onions, sweetcorn, celery, chicken and boiled egg cos when I sit down to eat I will be ravenous! Weightloss is definitely all about the planning!

    Todays menu

    B:  fruit and fibre, milk

L: BP (beans and cheese I think)

    D: salad as above

    S: banana and apple.

Well that was a shock- I’ve lost 3.5lbs!
Unofficially (as my group starting weight was wrong) I’ve lost a stone now. Only another 5 to lose :D

Well done Mrs R.  Onwards and downwards!

On plan breakfast and lunch - Fry up for breakfast and ham salad for lunch.  Dinner tonight off plan as a fish & chip van comes to the campsite this evening so as we always have F&C once whilst away tonight's the night so at least it's over and done with in the early part of the holiday!
