    Evening,

Brilliant loss @MrsRyan it just shows that even when you think you've been naughty the on-plan inbetween does the job

@bubbs I hope your sister is okay.  That's a bit scary. Has she had an allergic reaction before to anything?  I don't blame you for not wanting to queue in rush hour to get to a class.

    Plan today was:
B - 1/2 banana because the bottom half was yukky (so I squashed it and put it in OH's hm healthy flapjack I make him); porridge HEB with water & a dash of cream as we were low on milk (3) & sugar (2).  Felt super indulgent actually, so if I'm not having jelly some days I may have my tbsp of cream in my b/fast.  It felt super naughty.
L - mixed salad: lettuce, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn, chicken thigh & LF dressing (0.5);  chopped cantaloupe melon
D -  Bacon, eggs, skinny sausages (2), mushrooms, baked beans 1 slice wm bread (4.5) & spread (1)

It was such a lovely day today, so I spent the morning outside gardening and keeping busy.  I'm trying to be more energetic when I can, like yesterday and the day before I did housework, and just keeping moving as much as possible.  I do have more energy most days now, so that is a big relief.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

Well done on the loss Mrs_R and hope your sister is doing ok bubbs.  You can never be too careful when you get a suspected allergic reaction - it can turn into anaphylactic shock quite suddenly if it's that bad (taken from someone who has to carry adrenaline around with her...)

Head is really not with it at the moment but plodding on where I can.  Had some porridge for breakfast and then planning on more carrot and lentil soup for lunch, followed by chinese style chicken curry for dinner.  Hope you're all having a good day.
