Great news gtq. Quite possibly some work in a microbiology lab might come up with everyone working on vaccines and tests. 🙂
Thanks for the Super 6 news bubbs. Hope the plums are as delicious as the last lot. I'll definitely buy courgettes too. We've been enjoying them cut in half, baked with Parmesan sprinkled on top and I always add them to any casserole or pasta sauce or omelette when I have some in. All adds to the Speed count. 😁

  • Does anyone have an instant pot. If so, do you recommend?

A smile costs little but creates much :)

It's baking hot here too but very little sun, just hot and sultry. ☹

Enjoy picky tea. 😉 We're having HM sweet and sour tonight. I think it's 3 syns for the tinned pineapple and some juice and cornflour but I need to check.   I haven't decided yet between rice and noodles but will add plenty of veg  like baby corn and mushrooms to balance off the carbs.

I need to do more Bolognese too as we ate the last this week. I'll put it in the SC later as I'll be staying indoors.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F)), fried egg (P), tomatoes, mushroom (S), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- JP (F), veggie chilli (P,S), cottage cheese (P), pickled cabbage (S)
D- sweet and sour chicken (P,S), SW chips and rice? (F)
Syns- sauce 3?, weekend wine 😁
