Don't know if I've ever mentioned it before but we have a waterbed and it sprang a leak a couple of nights ago!

Not sure how often I'll get online while we're away so won't be posting daily.

That has got to be my favourite ever scene from Coronation Street, if anyone watches it!

    Enjoy your holiday :)

    Afternoon all
Sorry I didn’t post yesterday. I’m still struggling a bit with grieving for my dad and yesterday was a bad day. I went a little bit over syns yesterday (not massively- could have been worse) Had WI yesterday and lost 5lbs.
Back on it today- I’ve just done an Iceland shop and ordered a load of the lunch pots, as well as some more beef koftas and frozen SW chips.

    Today’s food:
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi, easy peeler, pear, decaf coffee, water
L: SW pasta bolognaise lunch pot, salad with f/f vinaigrette, water
T: Meatballs (1) SW chips, salad. Kit Kat (10.5) HEXA 1 s/s milk
S: Hula Hoops Pufts (3.5) 4 Crackerbreads (4) with HEXA 2 Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese, ham and tomatoes. Water

    Syns: 19

Enjoy your hols Denise (where do you get the alcohol free Baileys by the way?!) Bubbs, your basket is fab and that’s a lovely thought :)
Hope all well with everyone else. I normally work 2.30-7.30 but I had to work 9-2 today so I’m shattered- off for a nap I think as got my SW Zoom class later xx

Well done MrsR. 5lbs is brilliant! Sorry you had a bad day, but you're straight back on it. That's really good. 👏👏👏
I forgot to say, I went to the Coop for milk today and got more YS fish and various vegetables. Then the £ shop had branded Frylight for £1 dated the end of the month. Not that many bargains around at the moment so pleased with that. It all helps. 😉

  • Great loss Mrs R!

2lb gain for me. Not sure what it actually is as I forgot to weigh last week. I am positive that I would have had a gain, so don't know whether it was a bigger gain than I expected and had a loss this week, or was a gain last week and maintain this week.  Been good this week, so probably gained more than I thought last week, not had all my syns every day, actually cooked something I had not made before every day, even if it was only Nando's rice as part of the meal. Was fun, think I will try again this week!

Managed to hot spot from DH's phone this morning!

Had to laugh maman at your comment about not much luck with beds at the moment!!!

No alcoholic Baileys latte coffee is made by Kenco.  There's only 8 sachets in a pack so quite expensive but still loads cheaper than coffee shops (where you wouldn't get the baileys bit anyway!).  I bought mine from Morries on special offer for £1.50 a box so quite cheap; not sure how much they are normally but they were something like £10.99 for 2 boxes on Ama*on when DH first ordered some!

Great loss Mrs R  and sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment.

We ate out yesterday using the Government's Eat Out to Help Out scheme and chose quite well.  Had gammon, eggs, flat mushrooms, peas and jacket.  Must admit I did succumb to the 10g of butter on the potato but it was very dry without.  Was a little over syns yesterday because of the glass of wine with the meal!  But I'm holiday and I'll get back on plan as soon as I'm back!
